Jesus Take The Wheel: Remains Of 63 Infants Found At Detroit Funeral Home

Pascal Deloche/Getty Images 63 Infant Remains Found At Detroit Funeral Home A horrifying story is coming out of Detroit where authorities made TWO shocking discoveries about local funeral homes. The remains of over 60 infants were found at the city’s Perry Funeral Home reports WXYZ Detroit . This comes a week after 11 infant bodies were found hidden in the ceiling of a different Detroit funeral home, Cantrell Funeral Home. The outlet reports that officers found 36 fetuses in cardboard boxes and 27 more in freezers. The conditions of the fetuses are unknown. Perry Funeral Home has been shut down by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). Their violations include; Three unrefrigerated boxes containing the remains of a total of approximately 36 deceased bodies of fetuses or infants plus a deep freezer containing an unknown number of additional deceased bodies. Some of the deceased had dates of death in 2015. Respondents failed to certify and file death certificates for the dead bodies of the fetuses and infants for whom they assumed custody with the appropriate governmental authority within 72 hours of death. The funeral home owner has since spoken out and they’re denying any wrongdoing. According to the owner who released a statement via a lawyer to WXYZ, the funeral home operated within compliance. “A funeral home cannot bury remains without proper authorization and the law in Michigan sets forth a hierarchy for authority. Perry relied upon and operated within that hierarchy…” How crazy is this story? Our hearts go out to the parents of these infants who thought their lost loved ones were being handled with dignity and respect.

Really???? Death Penalty Overturned For Kansas City Bros Who Raped And Executed Four Friends

Rapist murderers don’t deserve this kind of luck Murderous Carr Brothers Have Death Penalty Sentence Overturned Via DailyMail The Kansas Supreme Court on Friday overturned the death sentences of two brothers convicted of killing four friends who were robbed and forced to engage in sex acts before being shot to death and left in a snow-covered Wichita field. The court also struck down three of the four capital murder convictions each against Jonathan and Reginald Carr, citing procedural problems at the brothers’ joint trial for its decisions. It upheld one capital murder conviction for each of them. Prosecutors said the brothers broke into a Wichita home in December 2000 and forced the five people there to have sex with each other and later to withdraw money from ATMs. Two women were raped repeatedly before all five were taken to a soccer field and shot while they were kneeling. Four of them — 29-year-old Aaron Sander, 27-year-old Brad Heyka, 26-year-old Jason Befort and 25-year-old Heather Muller — died. One of the women survived a gunshot wound to the head and she ran naked through the snow to seek help. She became a key witness at the brothers’ trial on the capital murder convictions. The killings ended a series of crimes that authorities alleged the Carr brothers committed over nine days in December 2000. How did these brothers escape the death chamber after committing such heinous crimes? Well… The Kansas Supreme Court ruled 6-1 in overturning the Carr brothers’ death sentences because the presiding judge did not hold separate sentencing proceedings for each man. In overturning most of their capital murder convictions, the majority said the instructions to jurors had been flawed because the judge tied those charges to the rape of the surviving victim, not the deceased ones. The brothers’ cases will return to Sedgwick County District Court for further proceedings Republican Gov. Sam Brownback and several GOP legislators were immediately critical of the decisions, which involved crimes that were among the most notorious in the state since the 1959 slayings of a western Kansas family that inspired the book In Cold Blood. The legislators said the ruling shows the court’s unwillingness to uphold a death sentence, and the governor said he was stunned. ‘They were convicted by a jury of their peers in front of an elected local judge,’ Brownback said in a statement. ‘Today’s ruling unnecessarily reopens wounds of a tragic moment in Wichita’s history.’ Sounds like these azzholes dodged the bullet that their victims were unable to. Now we have to waste taxpayer money housing them in prison. Images via Police Handout

Lifetime Cancels Reality Show Plans For Ain’t Isht Funeral Home Where 8 Bodies Were Found, Some Melted — Others Mummified!!!

SMH… God bless the dead . Texas Cops Find 8 Corpses At Abandoned Funeral Home Slated For Reality Show New details have emerged about the condition of the bodies found at a Texas mortuary home where abandoned bodies were discovered earlier this week. According to NY Daily News reports: Eight bodies found at the Johnson Family Mortuary in Fort Worth were in varying states of decay, from melting to mummification, and included an infant and a child, according to arrest warrant documents filed against two funeral home managers. One corpse was mummified inside a casket, and another was found wrapped in a sheet on a coffee table. The infant’s remains were found melted into a canister and had been at the mortuary for two years, the affidavits said, according to The Dallas Morning News. Investigators said they smelled “the odor of decaying flesh ” from the parking lot. Inside, they found insects had infested some of the bodies. Two were not embalmed. Others were on gurneys with bodily fluids dripping into buckets, it was revealed Wednesday. Rachel Johnson, 35, the wife of co-owner Dondre Johnson, was arrested last week, along with her husband. They are free on bail pending trial on charges of abusing corpses. The Lifetime cable network said Friday it would not air a reality show titled “Good Grief” based on the Johnson family and their lavish funeral services, some of which included dancing pall bearers and hip hop music. Their dynasty came to an end last week when police were summoned after the mortuary’s landlord came to inspect the building. He had evicted the Johnsons weeks before. Inside, he found the rotting bodies and no sign of the Johnsons. At the time, Dondre Johnson said the whole incident was “a misunderstanding.” Dondre Johnson and his twin brother Derrick were local celebrities known as “The Twins.” They were known for dressing up in tails and bowties as they presided over funerals. Derrick Johnson was not involved in mishandling the bodies, according to reports… Obviously canceling the reality show was the right move. How much time do you think they should do for this heinous crime? AP Images

Oprah Wants You To Attend Her Class & “OWN Your Life” The funeral, which will be held at Brookland Baptist Church in West Columbia, is expected to draw hundreds of mourners, including federal judges from across the country, lawyers and judges in South Carolina, current and former law clerks and his many clients, who were involved in sit-ins and demonstrations that marked the 1950s and 1960s civil rights era. Gov. Nikki Haley has ordered flags at the State House to be lowered to half-staff on the day of his funeral, her spokesman Rob Godfrey said. The Rev. Charles Jackson Sr., Brookland’s pastor, will deliver the eulogy, said I.S. Leevy Johnson, owner of Leevy’s Funeral Home, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Greenlawn cemetery at the family plot. “All of his law clerks will serve as active pallbearers and members of the state and federal judiciary will be honorary pallbearers,” said Johnson. The funeral home is working with the U.S. Marshal’s Service to ensure security at the church, which seats 3,500. Perry’s home church, Zion Baptist, could not seat the anticipated crowd.
