The family was spotted at Stashed sneaker store in San Francisco. Yeezy stopped by to chop it up with Stashed owner and old pal Steve Stoute. Witnesses say North was super impressed by the flagship store, so much so, she tried on a few pairs of sneakers herself. North pulled some brand new women’s Air Force Ones to try on, even though they did not come on her size. Yeezy couldn’t resist letting her try on the too-big sneakers and snapping a photo. Too cute! Photo by Alex Gonzalez Northy Poo and her papas visit to San Fran happened on Thursday, a day before their California home was seemingly in crisis due to wildfires spreading across Malibu and Calabasas. Yesterday, Kim Kardashian posted up an update to folks on twitter saying, “Just landed back home and had 1 hour to pack up & evacuate our home. I pray everyone is safe.”  So far their Hidden Hills residence is safe from the fires. Too cute!

Were Kim And Kanye At Odds Over Renovations? Plus, His Fights With Kris Jenner Over TV Show There seem to be dozens of reasons put forth for why Kanye West suffered a breakdown this week — everything from trauma over his mother’s death , to depression about his broken down relationships with Beyoncé and Jay Z , along with the theory he may have been trying to escape financial responsibility from the loss of tour monies. But there have also been theories that Kanye and Kim’s marriage was in serious trouble as the result of his behavior, and now there’s at least some evidence that those stories may be true. If you’ll recall, Kim and Kanye had to live with her mom for quite a while as they had their nearby home renovated , well the latest TMZ reports  claim that Kimmy Cakes was actually paying the majority of the cost of renovations with her OWN money! Our sources say during the final taping of Khloe’s talk show in April, Kim was grousing that they had sunk $8 million into their Hidden Hills remodel and it was all her money. We’re told the renovation costs swelled to $10 mil. Our sources say the main reason they sunk so much into the $20 million estate … Kanye couldn’t make his mind up. He would order a change and when it was completed he’d take a look and tell contractors to rip it out and do it another way. Feels like we definitely heard that rumor MORE than a few times. You know what they say — where there is smoke there’s usually fire! Sadly the couple had to endure frustration and tension without an end in sight, since the pair and their family have yet to even sleep a single night at the pricey mansion. Drake Buys $2.85 Million House Next Door To His Current Hidden Hills Mansion Remember when Drake rapped: “I’ll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise.” Welp, according to Trulia , that appears to be exactly what happened. If there were ever a reason to “call you on your cellphone,” this would have been it. Hip-hop star Drake (real name: Aubrey Graham) pulled a fast one on all of us last summer and dropped $2.85 million on the beautiful estate next door to his already expansive Hidden Hills, CA, real estate compound. Drake purchased the larger property, a seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom sprawling mansion, back in 2012 for $7.7 million. But he must have decided that scooping up the house next door was a wise business decision — or he needed a massive new guesthouse (with its own guesthouse, naturally) — because last June, he spent $2.85 million to own it. Drake’s new property, built in 1955, is a charming ranch-style house tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac. Located on 1 acre, the 4,445-square-foot four-bedroom, five-bathroom home is the perfect cozy complement to the 7,444-square-foot home next door. An open floor plan, hardwood floors, and high ceilings are the ultimate example of California cool, while multiple fireplaces and a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen make this the type of home friends will want to hang out in. Which is great, because we hear Lil Wayne can be quite the demanding houseguest. There is no doubt that Rihanna will enjoy spending time on this sprawling property. Kylie Jenner Purchases A New $4.5 Million Calabasas Mansion Kylie Jenner must be makin’ a WHOLE lotta money off her janky, scam, make-up company. According to Realtor , the youngest Jenner is a new homeowner…again. While most teenagers are trying to scrape together enough cash for their first used car, 19-year-old model/makeup maven/social media magpie Kylie Jenner has just plunked down about $4.5 million for her third Calabasas-area home—right next door to the $6,025,000 mansion she bought in May in Hidden Hills, CA. According to TMZ, the youngest in the Jenner-Kardashian clan will use the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home as workspace for her recently launched cosmetics line, appropriately named Kylie Cosmetics. The home was built in a traditional style with a nod to Craftsman detailing. At 5,000 square feet, the home can accommodate many guests and entourage members. Whoever stays there can enjoy long breaks in the outdoor pool and spa, or make s’mores in the fireplace in the pool house. Like the nearby pad sister Kim and her husband, Kanye West, bought a few years back, there’s a small vineyard in the front. Since Jenner is not yet of legal drinking age, perhaps she’ll use the fruit of the vine in her cosmetics. It’s been done before. Although her most recent purchase has hardwood flooring, custom molding, 8-foot-high doors, and vaulted wood-beam ceilings, it seems a bit sedate for a 19-year-old. We figure she’ll work on updating the home, which was built in 2013, while she’s also personalizing the adjacent six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom, 7,040-square-foot home she moved into just a few months ago. Kim Kardashian & Kanye West: Selling Their Mansion For HOW MUCH?!

Like many young couples, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are selling their starter home to move into fancier digs. Unlike most other couples, however, Kiki and ‘Ye are asking for the GDP of a small nation for their sprawling Bel Air mansion. Yes, Bel Air has been attracting rappers since the Fresh Prince’s life got flip-turned upside down back in the early 90s. So it’s not hard to see why Kanye and Kim dropped $9 million for a home in the upscale neighborhood back in 2013. It is , however, hard to understand why they’re asking $20 million for the place just two years later. Granted, Kimye put a reported $2 million in renovations into the place, but if our math is right, that’s still quite a mark-up. If you feel like you hear about Kim and Kanye buying, selling, renovating and moving every other week, that’s because you do. When it comes to housing, the couple is as indecisive as Kanye choosing from his many pairs of leather sweatpants in the morning. While their first place was being renovated, Kim and Kanye bought a $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills, CA, so they’ve never even lived in the revamped Bel Air crib. Instead, Kim and Kanye lived with Kris Jenner  while the Hidden Hills compound was brought up to their standards. When The Easton’s In The House… Are KimYe Giving Their Baby Boy “Some Direction” In His Name After All?

Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Have Settled On A Baby Name Since the news first broke of KimYe expecting their second child there has been a lot of speculation over what the baby would be named. And it looks like Kim and Kanye did a good job of misleading the public by telling us North would be unique in her directional name . According to a Daily Mail exclusive : Kim Kardashian West has gone on record at least twice to deny rumors that she’ll be heading in yet another direction for baby No. 2. But Daily Mail Online exclusively can reveal that the West couple will be, indeed, naming their baby boy a direction. Sort of. ‘Easton is the chosen name. It’s confirmed that the baby boy will be called Easton,’ a close family friend said, spilling the beans. Easton West will join North West in about five months. The only location left is South, and Kim’s wasn’t big on that choice. The reality star told NPR: ‘I don’t like South West, though, because that’s like, you know, North will always, you know, be better and be more…she has a better direction.’ She went on to affirm to Shaquille O’Neal on his podcast: ‘Why just add another direction? North is the best. I don’t want to try to duplicate that with a lower direction, you know?’ Yet, in a form, she will. The family friend confirmed to Daily Mail Online that last week, the celebrity pair locked in the name ‘Easton’ so that his nursery and wardrobe can begin to be made, monograms and all. ‘Kourtney told a few girls at a Hidden Hills pool party last weekend that Kayne’s favorite name by far is ‘Easton’, a name Kim wasn’t hot on at first because Kanye liked simply ‘East’ ‘But Kim came up with Easton and, for them, history was made. ‘No doubt monogrammed baby bibs are being hand-sewn as we speak,’ the friend added. ‘Mason is already calling his auntie’s tummy Easton.’ What do you think of the name Easton? Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco: It’s Over Already!

Jeremy Renner and wife Sonni Pacheco are the latest entrants to the last minute rush of 2014 celebrity break-ups , ending their union of a whole 10 months. Sonni, apparently, is the one who wants out, and hard. When few people even know you got married by the time you call it quits, either you keep your personal life very private or it was a really short union. In this case, it was a little from Columns A and B. Pacheco filed divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences … and demanding he return her stolen passport, birth certificate and Social Security card. Yeah. Amicable, this is not, it sounds like. Intensely and unabashedly private, Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco married in secret earlier this year, and only admitted it publicly in September. Things clearly went south in a hurry. Pacheco says the two have a prenuptial agreement, but says it should be torn up, since it was based on fraud. Sonni did not elaborate on the alleged fraud. She is asking for spousal support and custody of their one-year-old daughter, Ava Berlin, use of their Range Rover, along with rent and moving expenses. Yeah. Gonna be ugly for Jer. At 10 months, these two made it longer than some celebrity couples, but are still in the top (bottom?) tier of our shortest celebrity marriages in history … 15 Shortest Celebrity Marriages 1. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Britney Spears and Kevin Federline made it only two years. Which was by FAR the longer of her two marriages, but that’s not saying a whole lot.

Kim Kardashian Buys New Property to Keep Kanye West at Home?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have no shortage of disposable income, but even by their standards, buying up the property adjacent to their Hidden Hills, CA mansion , just so that they can expand their property to 5 acres seems a bit…excessive. It turns out, however, that Kim may have a perfectly good reason for the extravagant purchase: she’s hoping it will help save her marriage. There’s been much talk recently of a “rough patch” in Kim and Kanye’s relationship . The famous couple spent Thanksgiving apart and are rumored to have spent over a month living in different countries so that Kanye could work on his new album. But if the “Babe, I gotta work!” excuse was just part of Kanye’s ruse to secure some alone time, then the jig is officially up, because TMZ is reporting that Kim plans to build a massive, fully-functional recording studio on her newly-acquired property. Naturally, five acres leaves room for more than just a studio, and Kim reportedly plans to fully utilize every inch of the new space with with a movie theater, game room, basketball court, spa, and mini-theme park for North and any future children. But will the newly-expanded Kimye Land be enough to help Kanye overcome his burgeoning boredom? Kim better hope so. Kanye Plans to Commission A Nude Sculpture Of Wife Kim Kardashian Kanye wants the object of his obsession’s nekkid cakes chiseled in stone and put on display for the world to see…once again. Via The Daily Star : The mogul is searching for a sculptor to create a life-size statue of her and her famous behind. He reveals his plans in a forthcoming episode of her show Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Kanye, 37, is hoping an artist will be able to recreate the same iconic pose for his missus that was made famous by pop singer Grace Jones for the cover of her 1985 album Island Life. He said: “That’s my inspiration, to see Kim captured for all time.” The star also wants to commission an artist to produce a “gallery quality” piece of erotic art depicting him and 34-year-old Kim naked. He added: “We’d like to have that hung on our bedroom wall.” But first he wants the statue of Kim, who ­measures 38-26.5-40, for the grand lobby of their £12.7million home in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles. A senior executive at the E! cable and satellite channel which airs The ­Kardashians said: “Kanye even toyed with the idea of replicating Kim’s ­recent nude ­magazine photo shoot. “But he thought that might be a little bit too personal to display to visitors who will clap eyes on her statue the ­moment they walk in the door. “So now he’s going with the Grace Jones album cover, although it’s debatable whether Kim could actually hold such a balletic pose for too long without toppling over.” Kanye also says in the show that he hopes Kim will be “appreciated for her classic shape” as well as its “artistic merit”. Hmmm…didn’t ‘Ye have another one of his former “trophies” posed up and photograped in the same manner once upon a time?? We’ve all seen what his lady has to offer quite enough, haven’t we? Is a statue really necessary??
