Jinger Duggar: Getting My Pre-Baby Body Back Was Easy!

It’s been three months since Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child , and from the looks of her latest Instagram pics, the 24-year-old wasted no time in getting back to her fitness regimen. Fans have marveled at Jinger’s post-baby body , and many have asked the Counting On star for tips and tricks. Fortunately, Jinger is happy to fill fans in on her weight loss methods. Un fortunately, her followers might not be thrilled with Jinger’s “secrets.” It turns out, Jinger has stuck to the basics in the months since she welcomed little Felicity into the world. Insiders say she eats right and exercises a lot — a fact Jinger confirmed with her latest Instagram posts. Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, currently reside in Laredo, Texas, and while they escaped the brunt of Hurricane Michael, their proximity to the Gulf Coast means the couple has faced some pretty wild weather lately. But Jinger didn’t let the rain and wind stand in the way of her daily jogs. Jinger recently documented the stormy weather on her Instagram page and informed fans that it would not stop her from getting in a vigorous workout: “Perfect day for a run,” she captioned the above photo. As rich and famous as they are, the Duggars tend to eschew luxuries such as personal trainers and Hollywood trends like fad diets. So it stands to reason that Jinger would favor the old-fashioned approach when trying to lose that last little bit of baby weight. Needless to say, the old ways seem to be working for her. And one of Jinger’s famous peers recently took notice. “Uhm so that mama is looking fantastic. Congrats on your new baby girl!!!” Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff recently commented on one of Jinger’s pics. “She gets prettier every day.” Jeremy was quick to second that opinion, responding, “She gets prettier every day.” Obviously, baby Felicity is Jinger’s number one priority these days, but it seems she’s also taking time to look after herself while Jeremy watches the baby. Jinger Duggar’s Daughter Survives First Ridiculous "Scandal"

Last week,  Jinger Duggar was accused of cultural appropriation for wrapping her daughter’s head in fabric in order to keep it warm while the family attended a Chicago Cubs game. The situation was annoying for a number of reasons. For starters, these are the Duggars we’re talking about. If you want to complain about an ignorant habit or a questionable child-rearing practice, they give you so much good material to work with. There’s really no need to go nit-picking. On top of that, since when is there a specific culture that owns the exclusive rights to wrapping babies up in fabric to keep them warm? By that logic, Jinger and her ilk can and should accuse Scientologists of cultural approporiation. After all, far-right evangelicals were weirding people out with their extremist beliefs decades before L. Ron Hubbard was even born. Anyway, when you slam the Duggars for perfectly normal behavior, you reinforce their belief that they’re simply being persecuted for their religious convictions. Worse, you distract from the actual shady practices the family engages in on a regular basis. And as you can see from the photo below, Jinger is not the slightest bit concerned about the uproar over her baby girl’s headgear. That’s a pic Jinger posted on Monday. The proud new mom captioned the image, “So smiley!” Her head is wrapped in a fashion that’s identical to the Wrigley Field pic, and it looks as though neither Jinger or Felicity are losing any sleep over the uproar. In fact, Jinger probably received a monetary bonus from Jim Bob this month. Every time something like this happens, it strengthens the Duggars’ argument that the public will find fault with everything they do. So now, when there’s another legitimate Duggar scandal — and we’re about due for a big one — Jim Bob can point to this situation and be all: “[Self-righteous sigh] This is just like that time everyone freaked out on Jinger’s baby for wearing a scarf.” The worst part is, this “scandal” is probably the result of 8-10 very vocal nitwits who get a weird high from being mad online. Mark Burnett Brawls with Tom Arnold at Pre-Emmys Party!

Who said pre-Emmy Awards parties were boring and pointless? Okay, fine, no one has ever said much of anything when it comes to pre-Emmy Awards parties in general. But Tom Arnold and Mark Burnett did what they could to change that on Sunday night. According to multiple outlets, along with the participants themselves, Arnold got into a physical altercation with the reality show producer and his wife, Roma Downey, at a gathering in Los Angeles. Both sides have their own stories pertaining to what transpired, but Arnold was the first to Tweet about it just after midnight, writing: “Mark Burnett just went apes–t & choked me at this huge Emmy party then he ran away with his torn Pink shirt & missing gold chain. I’m waiting for LAPD.” About an hour later, however, Downey shared her own Twitter post and her own version of events. “Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event. Is your TV show worth it Tom?Please stop,” the actress wrote. Downey is referring here to “The Hunt for the Trump Tapes,” a series on Viceland that premieres on Tuesday night and which centers on Arnold’s search for various tapes that would embarrass or shame President Donald Trump. He has alleged in the past that tapes exist of Trump saying the N-Word during his time as Apprentice host — and that Burnett, as creator of that program, has helped bury them. In response to Downey’s above accusation, Arnold Tweeted the following early this morning: “Bullshit. You lie your crazy husband attacked me you psycho. I’m filing a police report & suing you for defamation.” He reiterated this same threat on social media this afternoon: “Sitting in West LAPD filing charges against your best bud Apprentice Outtakes Mark Burnett who lost his mind, attacked & chocked [sic] me last nite at Katzenberg’s Night Before The Emmy’s Party. “Mark Burnett is scared:) #TrumpTapes.” Many people out there think Arnold is only taking these steps to stir up publicity for his show. A witness tells TMZ, for example, that Arnold attacked Burnett as soon as he saw the producer at the party. Burnett then pushed Arnold back, after which Arnold ripped Burnett’s crucifix off his neck, breaking the item in the process. The confrontation lasted about 30 seconds and everyone involved remained at the party afterward. Earlier in the day, Arnold told Salon.com that he wanted to approach Burnett at the Emmys ceremony in a confrontational manner; he also called the reality show creator a “pussy.” Arnold’s attorney, Marty Singer, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter today that the incident occurred. He claimed Burnett “attacked” his client, but said little else of relevance. Alyson Hannigan, who was also in attendance, Tweeted that the fight broke out in front of her. But she can’t say for sure who started it. “I thought it was a joke until security jumped in!” she wrote, adding that Survivor host Jeff Probst tried to jump in and break it up. Phew. At least Probst wasn’t hurt in the scuffle. Because, let’s face it: No one cares about Burnett or Arnold. But if Jeff Probst got injured in any way?!? We’d have a real problem on our hands.

Kate Middleton Gives Meghan Markle Weird-Ass Advice on How to Get Pregnant

It’s been almost four months since Meghan Markle married Prince Harry in a ceremony that inspired Ashleys the world over to make the ill-fated decision to wear a fancy hat to brunch the next day. Naturally, the rumors about Meghan being pregnant with Harry’s baby began almost immediately after the ceremony, but thus far, there’s been no official announcement from Buckingham Palace. Obviously, there’s nothing remotely unusual about a couple that’s been married less than four months being childless, but since Meghan is 37, and she and Harry have both spoken publicly about wanting to raise a large family, it was widely assumed they’d get right down to the business of making babies. At thisn point, it seems Meghan remains un-knocked up, but she’s hoping to change that soon — and sources say she’s turned to her sister-in-law for advice. “Meghan has been getting baby making tips from all her friends with kids, including Duchess Kate,” one insider tells Hollywood Life. “Kate told her to drink more tea. That was her big piece of advice. She’s embraced all the British traditions and has started drinking tea at tea time.” Well, if that isn’t the most British reproductive advice in history! Of course , Kate said to drink effing tea! Meghan, being a grown-ass woman, probably came to her sister-in-law asking advice and expected Kate to suggest a position or something. Instead, she gets told to bust out her doilies and get sippin’. “I say, the Queen Mum used to maintain that a spot of Earl Grey will fill your belly with the very pastiest of heirs,” Kate probably said, clutching her pearls at this American’s effrontery.  The crazy part is, it seems Meg is actually listening to Kate’s advice: “She’s not really sure if it will make any difference in helping her get pregnant, which she’s very graciously following Kate’s advice,” says the source. We hope she at least put an American spin on the situation and started guzzling 99 cent cans of Arizona. Fortunately, Kate’s not the only one offering Meghan conception tips. It seems the Duchess of Sussex has also been in touch with her friends back on this side of the pond, who have been a bit more helpful in their advice. “Her friends in Toronto are more holistic minded, so they’ve offered tips like practicing more yin style yoga and doing a nightly meditation,” says the insider. “Meghan’s not obsessing about getting pregnant, but she’s very open to everyone’s ideas. She’s a naturally curious person, so she loves learning what worked for her friends when it comes to their fertility.” That’s good, because so far her friends are offering lame-ass advice that has nothing to do with putting the old peener in the va-jay-jay. We kid, of course. The Duke and Duchess probably don’t need much advice on that part of the process: “Meghan and Harry are enjoying non-stop baby-making sex at all hours of the day,” says the insider. “Meghan has an app on her phone that tracks of her fertility, so when she is most likely to conceive. “That means in the mornings, afternoons and at night, they make time for love with a baby being the goal…and Harry is not complaining at all. There may not be a bun in her oven yet, but they are having fun trying.” That sound you just heard was everyone in England over the age of 50 gasping in unison at such frank talk of a royal’s sex life. Jeremy Vuolo, Jinger Duggar Gush Over Baby Felicity: See Her at Two Months!

Just days before Felicity Vuolo’s two month “birthday,” Jeremy and Jinger are taking to social media and gushing over their baby. Fans had expressed concerns about the precious infant’s health in recent photos. But as fans can see, little Felicity is all smiles. In the absolutely precious photo that you’re about to see, a grinning Jeremy Vuolo gazes warmly into the eyes of his infant daughter. Baby Felicity lays on her back and smiles up at him. According to the captions, this is a very common occurrence these days. Jeremy writes: “She’s all smiles these days.” This is a truly touching and beautiful family photo. Take a look: Felicity was born in July, as Jeremy and Jinger shared on the family website. “God is so kind!” the post gushed. “Jinger gave birth to Felicity Nicole Vuolo this morning at 4:37 am.” And then they laid out her stats: “Felicity weighs 8lbs. and 3oz. and is 19.5 inches long.” “Both mom and baby are healthy, doing great, and resting well,” they shared. The post concluded: “We are very thankful for her safe arrival and look forward to life as parents” Felicity will be two months old on September 19! Babies grow up so quickly, and the couple’s fans and followers are happy to see pictures. Of course, a recent photo of Felicity Vuolo raised concern among fans . They looked at the adorable baby girla nd perceived that she looked “blue,” which could indicate a problem with circulation or oxygenation. A number of fans shared these genuine worries in the captions, not to be hateful, but simply out of alarm. Fortunately, it looks like Felicity remains happy and healthy. Perhaps what followers perceived was merely a trick of the lighting? After Jeremy and Jinger shared the name of their young daughter, some were puzzled over its meaning. (And no, it is not a reference to a Keri Russell character) While you might not expect hardcore Christians like these two to name their daughter after a Roman deity (Felicitas), they explained that they named her after “a young Christian girl who lived long ago.” That is a clear reference to Saint Felicitas, a young Christian woman who was martyred alongside Saint Perpetua in the Third Century in Carthage. The Vuolos are not Catholic, but clearly they felt a connection to Felicitas’ religious convictions. More to the point, however, Jinger and Jeremy explained that the name simply “felt right.” It is wonderful that Felicity smiles so much. Babies are not generally capable of giving a full smile when first born — it is a skill that they develop. But smiling is a great indicator that Felicity is successfully bonding with Jeremy and with Jinger, expressing a rush of excitement when she sees her parents. Babies can be grumpy and they can cry, which is also normal and healthy, but it’s always good to see a baby smile. Let’s hope that she continues to smile — if Jinger and Jeremy prove to be better parents than anyone in Jinger’s terrifying family. Jeremy Vuolo: Throwing Shade at Derick Dillard on Twitter?!

Just last month,  Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo welcomed their first child . In the weeks since, the happy couple has been doting on their daughter and gushing about little Felicity every chance they get. But that doesn’t mean they’re not making time for the truly important things, like roasting Derick Dillard’s dumb ass on social media. A little backstory is required in order to fully understand why Jeremy’s seemingly innocent tweet from Monday night is being widely interpreted as anti-Dillard shade. As you probably know, Derick was fired from Counting On after unapologetically sharing his bigoted views with the world on Twitter. And it’s not just his former bosses who have taken issue with D-Dill’s big mouth. There have been rumors that several members of the extended Duggar clan want nothing to do with Derick. And reports of a feud between Vuolo and Dillard have been especially common in recent weeks. “Jinger and I are so grateful to TLC for giving us the opportunity to share our lives with all of you!” Jeremy wrote on Twitter before Monday’s Counting On season premiere. “Tune in this Monday night — July 30th, 9/8C — for the new season of #CountingOn.” Sounds innocent enough, but it’s not hard to see why many Duggar-watchers took the remark as an extremely subtle jab at Derick. “Some Dillard shade,” wrote one fan. Another echoed the sentiment with a reluctant shoutout to Jeremy: “He’s good at throwing shade in a fundie acceptable way,” the viewer commented. “I don’t like him, but damn if it ain’t entertaining.” Dillard has made his distaste for his former home network abundantly clear in the months since he was unceremoniously kicked to the curb. He was fired for attacking fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings , and he’s since accused network execs of espousing values that run counter to everything the Duggars stand for. In that context, it’s a bit easier to see how Jeremy’s public praise for the same folks who gave Derick the ax could as smack talk. Of course, the big question now is — will Derick respond?  We sure hope so. We could really go for a heated Duggar feud. Jinger Duggar on Giving Birth: I’m Terrified, Y’all!

Not long after the world learned that Jinger Duggar is pregnant , the beloved reality star revealed her due date to be sometime in early July. Now, we suppose different folks have different definitions, but for most people, that would mean any date between July 1 and July 15. What we’re saying is, if it’s not already passed, Jinger’s due date is very, very close. And it seems that even though birthing and child-rearing have pretty much been parts of her day-to-day life since childhood, Jinger is currently experiencing the heady mix of emotions that every first time goes through in the final stages of pregnancy. Speaking with TLC recently, Jinger revealed that she’s more than a little frightened by the prospect of giving birth. “I get scared thinking about birth and labor,” she told her home network. Her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, didn’t offer much in the way of help, admitting that he’s flat-out clueless about the entire process: “I don’t know much about birth,” he said. Like we said, Jinger must know a thing or two about birth, what with having 13 younger siblings and 10 nieces and nephews. But in many ways, she and Jeremy are in uncharted territory. From the very start, they established that their marriage would be different from those of Jinger’s sisters. The most obvious act of rebellion, of course, was Jinger’s decision to begin wearing pants instead of floor-length dresses (with her husband’s permission of course). But the couple also set themselves apart in more subtle ways. Jinger waited a full year after her wedding to get pregnant. Obviously, there’s nothing unusual about that in most cases, but Duggar women typically get pregnant on their honeymoons. And soon, Jinger will become the first Duggar woman of her generation to give birth outside of the great state of Arkansas. Again, that may not seem like a big deal, but the Duggars are second only to the Waltons as Arkansas’ most famous family, and their ties to their hometown are very strong. Anyway, it’s refreshing to see Jinger being so candid about her trepidation — we suppose that’s just one more way in which she’s breaking the mold. Aaron Armstrong, Boyfriend of Sophie Gradon, Found Dead 3 Weeks After Reality Star Dies

Tragedy has once again struck the world of reality television. Aaron Armstrong, the boyfriend of late Love Island cast member Sophie Gradon, was found dead this week at a property on Furnace Road in Bebside, Blyth. According to the BBC, Armstrong passed away on Tuesday, mere hours after sharing an emotional social media post about Gradon. “just wish I could cuddle you all day miss you so much,” read Armstrong’s caption to the following Instagram image. “Sophie not a minute goes by with out your gorgeous smile being a picture in my mind everyday we spent together was so amazing I need them days back. “I love you princess.” Based on this message, and based on no third party being involved, per a Northumbria Police spokesperson, many believe that Armstrong took his own life. No cause of death has been confirmed, however. It’s important to note that suicide is a mere speculation right now. After Gradon’s funeral five days ago, Armstrong posted a picture of the order of service with a caption that read: “I love you with all my heart my beautiful angel I’m absolutely heartbroken I can’t stop crying.” Gradon, 32, a former Miss Great Britain, was found dead at her family house on June 20. She was well known in Great Britain for her 2016 appearance on Love Island, a program that features several single people dropped onto an island and tasked with finding love. Many associated with the series reacted to this stunning and sad news as follows: Similarly, in regard to Armstrong, former Love Island star Katie Salmon penned a tribute on Twitter: “Aaron. I hope you have reunited with your love sophie. And I truly hope you fly high together. Thinking of his family and friends.” And Rykard Jenkins added: “So sad to now hear about Aaron’s passing. May you both rest in paradise.” The day after Sophie died, meanwhile, Armstrong posted the following selfie on Facebook and wrote along with it: “I will never forget that smile I love you so so much baby your my world forever ever and always.” On July 3, he shared his final Facebook post. It was also in honor of Gradon and this is what it said: So I get into bed and all I can smell is Sophie on her side of the bed put my arm under the pillow and find this please everyone share this she wanted me to act on this what her video and u will understand how much it hurts people… I’m going to do everything I can to keep this going and stop it brake my heart I love you so much Sophie I will keep fighting for you. Married at First Sight Recap: Can We F-ck Now or What?!?

Six strangers got married on television on Tuesday night. And millions of viewers thought it was totally normal. Welcome to the Season 7 premiere of Lifetime’s Married at First Sight! The concept of this unique program is right there in the title, as three Dallas-based couples came together on this opening episode to say “I Do,” despite having never laid eyes on each other before. But this didn’t stop one twosome from wanting to get laid pretty much right away. Isn’t that right, Dave Flaherty and Amber Martorana? A 36-year old Division Order Analyst and 37-year old portfolio manager, both Amber and Dave had similar “lifestyle and lifetime goals,” according to the show. They’re each very into routines and each want to start a family sooner than later. Granted, Amber threw up at her bachelorette party… but she was excited on her wedding day to meet the man she was all set up to wed. “This is easily one of the most intense moments of my life,” David said on his big day, relieved to find Amber very attractive — and shocked to learn they belonged to the same gym. She said “one of the worst guys (she has) dated” attends that gym, and it would be “embarrassing” for Dave to find out. The newlyweds totally wanted to bone right away, too, although Amber had promised her mom she wouldn’t French Kiss her new husband at the ceremony. Still, they both were eager to get back to their suite and have sex for the first time. As for Danielle Bergman and Bobby Dodd? The former wanted a southern gentleman in the market for a wife and a family and a chance to settle down. Who doesn’t, right?!? Dodd’s family was in support of this strange union, but Danielle’s family was far more hesitant, with her mom refusing to even go wedding dress shopping with her daughter. Thankfully, however, she showed up for the wedding. “I just feel so relieved,” Danielle said when her mom walked in for the event. “I can finally be excited about the most important day of my life.” Fitting right into that gentleman mode, Dodd made a point of stopping on his way down the aisle and greeting everyone on Danielle’s side, particularly her mom. “I got my southern gentleman,” Danielle said. “I am very, very happy.” And Bobby was psyched as well, most notably when he got to kiss his wife for the first time at the altar. “It was the best kiss I ever had,” he said. And these two also wanted to head straight to Pound Town, as Danielle told viewers she got a bikini wax for the occasion. “It’s not wrong if you’re married,” she joked. Finally, we move on to Mia Bally and Tristan Thompson. No, not that Tristan Thompson . Both Mia and Tristan were deeply faithful and very good looking people, hence the idea that they would hit it off. Not that Bally’s loved ones were on board at all. “I don’t really feel good about the process, I think it’s crazy,” Mia’s sister said during Bally’s bachelorette party, adding: “What if you don’t like each other, you don’t get along, he doesn’t want to work it out? I’m going to support you regardless… I just don’t want you to get f-ced over. I don’t want you to get your heart broken again! It sucks, and you know that!” Still, Mia’s family wasin attendance for the wedding. During the ceremony, Tristan was excited to learn his wife was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. The newlyweds then exchanged heartfelt vows, but when Tristan tried to kiss her, she made him give her a peck on the cheek instead of anything on the lips. “She didn’t kiss him. I don’t like that,” Tristan’s uncle said in response. But Mia later insisted to the camera that she was just trying to go slow… because she really wanted to go fast and knew that could be dangerous. “He seems like a dream so far,” she said. “I feel that we would make cute babies … that’s for sure.” Following the nuptials, both husband and wife calmed down a bit, while Mia’s dad warned his new son-in-law not to pork his daughter on their wedding night. For real. Nevertheless: “Dude, God is real. Oh my God, she is amazing,” Tristan said when everything was over.

Jinger Duggar Shows Off Baby Bump, Offers Final Pregnancy Update

Despite rumors that Jinger Duggar has secretly given birth , it appears that the beloved reality star is very much still pregnant. The mom-to-be offered up some photographic of her current condition on Instagram last night. Check out that little pumpkin! “Almost there! Vuolo #38weeks4days,” she captioned the image. Obviously, Jinger was able to say it all with just a few words (and one awkward hashtag) in this particular case. But she was feeling much more expressive in a recent interview with TLC, the Duggar family’s official network. “I get scared thinking about birth and labor,” she said. Yes, over the years, Jinger has earned her reputation as the most candid and forthcoming Duggar, and she’s cemented her claim to that title in the final weeks of her pregnancy. When Us Weekly caught up with Jinger recently, the 24-year-old revealed that carrying a baby had taken a serious toll on her energy levels: “I do think probably what surprised me most [about pregnancy] is just being so tired all the time,” she revealed. “They’ve said, ‘Just take a nap, don’t feel bad when you need to lay down in the middle of the day.’” She added: “Especially when I was in all the morning sickness, I talked to them a lot about what they did,  “How they got through their morning sickness and I think that was some of the best advice … just resting, taking it easy.” Jinger is regarded as a bit of a rebel in the Duggar clan, so it’s appropriate that her pregnancy hasn’t conformed to her family’s customs. For starters, Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, broke with convention by waiting almost a year after their wedding to get pregnant. On top of that, Jinger will soon become the first of her sisters to give birth outside of the family’s home state of Arkansas. She and her new husband moved to Laredo, Texas, where Jeremy works as a minister, shortly after getting hitched. In recent weeks, we’ve heard talk that this might not be the soon-to-be-family’s last relocation – or their most drastic for that matter. It’s been rumored that  Jinger and Jeremy will move to Los Angeles  after the baby is born so that he can pursue a divinity school degree. Needless to say, in the event that they follow through on that, Jinger’s pumpkin will be living a much more worldly life than his or her cousins.
