ABC has announced the full cast for Bachelor in Paradise Season 5. You remember Bachelor in Paradise, right? The series that nearly got canceled due to a dangerous mixture of alcohol and sex ? With those assault allegations apparently totally in the past , the network is moving ahead with a new batch of disposed Bachelor and Bachelorette suitors, all looking for love on reality television (at least) one more time. Who has been tabbed to get wasted and have intercourse while pretending to develop real feelings for a potential wife or husband? Find out below! 1. ANGELA She’s a model who was kicked off Nick Viall’s season on the very first night. We know basically nothing about her. 2. ANNALIESE She suffered through Arie’s season of The Bachelor and made it known that she was in a bumper car accident AND got attacked by a dog in her past. 3. ASTRID Remember when she wore just a sports bra on a date with Nick Viall? Granted, they were on a track and field date. Anyway… she’s on the show. 4. BIBIANA That’s her real name, we checked. She nearly made it to the end of Winter Games in a relationship with Jordan, the former Bachelor in New Zealand. 5. CHELSEA She received the first impression rose from Arie… and then it was all downhill from there basically. She was sent packing shortly thereafter. 6. DAVID He was just kicked off Becca’s season after arriving in a chicken suit on the first night. He then fell off of the top bunk and broke his nose. While a couple of Bachelor in Paradise contestants have spoken out about what they did and did not witness on the set prior to production being shut down, it looks like others are keeping mum. Robby Hayes announced that he has no comment in perhaps the most tasteless way imaginable, and he’s getting major backlash for it online. “What happens in paradise, stays in paradise,” he tweeted, adding the hashtags “NoComment” and “BIP4.” Dude … given speculation about what happened, that reads like a borderline rape joke . Not cool. It would be a fine response if people were asking who drank the most or whether there was an orgy or about basically anything else but what sounds like a sexual assault . But because people are very much talking about sexual assault, there is no excuse for appropriating the Vegas slogan for this. Maybe he’s just thinking of this as a scenario of cheating — Corinne does have a real life boyfriend now, after all — and not wanting to tattle. But nobody shuts down production because somebody stepped out on their significant other, or we wouldn’t have reality television at all. And heck, if Robby was there, maybe from what he saw things didn’t look that serious. But Robby should know that people are talking about consent and sexual assault, and he shouldn’t have such a lighthearted tone about it. Especially if he isn’t going to “clear things up” or whatever. Have some class, dude. There’s only so much that we know so far, but allegedly Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson began hooking up in a pool after spending all day drinking. There was reportedly a lot of touching and even some fingering, with DeMario engaging in some genital-licking. And according to (mixed) reports, it’s been sounding like they were encouraged, possibly every step of the way, by producers. What raises the most red flags is that, while DeMario remembers the encounter, Corinne does not. And while sometimes that sort of thing just happens, we can’t imagine a network pulling the plug on an entire season so suddenly — and expensively — unless they worry that something truly awful has happened. So far, no one is seriously accusing DeMario or Corinne of any wrongdoing. And that includes Corinne not blaming DeMario — they were both super intoxicated. It’s been sounding like, at the bare minimum, the producers and crew should have intervened and ushered them back to their respective rooms. Honestly, even if they’d been sober, there’s so much of even a blurred sexual encounter that they could have gotten away with airing. But when intoxication is a factor, consent is not, and any responsible bystander should have separated the two until they slept it off. Some of the contestants, Robby included, must feel frustrated over being sent home. Some might even blame their pool-partying costars. But there have been suggestions that the producers wanted something like this to happen, believing that the hookup would lead to higher ratings. Corinne Olympios’ wild reputation would make her the perfect character for them to steer into thotting it up in the pool, right? If that’s really what happened, then not only is it shameful — we’d say that getting two people drunk so that they’ll bang on camera is every bit as vile as getting them drunk so that they’ll bang you — but it backfired spectacularly. Because it sounds like there’s basically zero chance of this season of Bachelor in Paradise happening. As for what happened … we may not ever know the whole story, but for any investigators involved, we’re sure that the cameras caught plenty of evidence . Honestly, we’d love to find out that this is just a minor sex scandal with no foul play and maybe just a producer who misunderstood the situation and freaked out a little. And if that’s the case, Robby Hayes’ tweet would almost be justified. But it would still be a tone-deaf response, given that fans have heard that the situation is worse than that, and that the outcome is far from certain. Robby needs to get his act together and be less flippant if he wants fans to put up with him enough to continue his reality career. End rant. That appears to be the mantra Amanda Stanton is sticking to since it has been confirmed that she will be returning for Season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise . You may be scratching your head because, well, she found love last summer on the hit ABC reality series. However, things have changed since she was loved up with Josh Murray. For a start, the two of them have been apart for a few months now, and the current state of their relationship seems friendly. That is If you consider Josh getting the police involved to get a car back he purchased for Amanda. They’re on the outs, and that’s probably part of the reason why the reality TV star is making another go at love on ABC. With Bachelor Nation couples dropping like flies, there may be some surprising cast members on the next season of the frothy Summer series. If you were hoping for Josh to stage an encore to the series, then you can keep on hoping. A source told Us Weekly that he has no intention of appearing on the series. However, there’s no telling what these reality TV stars would do if they were offered the right amount of zeros on a check. Amanda has been vocal in the past about what went wrong with the relationship, and it sure sounds like it was all down to the luxurious dates in front of the cameras coming to an end. “When we were on the show, it felt like I had met the love of my life,” she told Us. “It’s really hard, I think, to move on from that. I think we’re both having a hard time moving on.” “There’s a lot of things and situations in the real world you don’t experience while you’re there [in Paradise],” she added. Chad Johnson just can’t seem to stay away from The Bachelor franchise. He’s the dude who makes every other contestant quake in their boots. As you can probably guess, not everyone was happy that Chad was in attendance on the big trip. To be fair, everyone was probably wondering who he would target first. Lace made her feelings about the villain pretty clear after she revealed that he was taunting her on Bachelor Live during a commercial break. She claimed her relationship with Grant was in tatters because of him. He wants to ruin their relationship. When Chad did inevitably stumble onto the camp site, he was anything but apologetic. He knew the only reason he was there was to cause drama and that’s exactly what he was going to do. Say what you want about Chad, but the dude is a breath of fresh air. He just does not care what anyone has to say to him and that’s part of why he’s so funny. When Ben and Lauren tried to play peacemaker, Lace let rip about how much Chad has ruined her life, but he was all too happy to reveal that was his plan and he was not over. When Grant felt the need to bring Chad’s mother up, he revealed that his mother had passed away, before leaving the camp site. Especially when you get Nick Viall and Josh Murray together. Josh again had to defend himself against allegations made in Andi Dorfman’s new memoir on Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 Episode 8. This time, the twins, Emily and Haley Ferguson, got involved. After expressing their concerns to Nick after Josh got pissed that Amanda Stanton went to bed without telling him, Viall opened up: “The fact that he’s cracked a little bit from something as simple as Amanda going to bed without telling him, that’s concerning, right?” “So, it’s hard to believe that (Andi) wrote a fictional book about Josh that was all made up, but there’s some accurate things about me.” “And, so I think it’s a very fair question to ask,” Nick explained, asking, “Did [Murray] come ’cause he thought he could repair his image?” The twins thought Nick’s points were, well, on point. Growing concerned about Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton together, and lacking for other storylines, the twins pulled their BFF aside. “Tonight it’s been brought to our attention that, by a few of the people [here] now, that Josh’s intentions aren’t pure with you,” they said. “We just want you to be careful,” Haley told Amanda. Stanton felt confused because she didn’t know what was said, as the twins promptly peaced out of paradise because they hadn’t found love. That’s right, they forfeited their roses and bounced. In any case, Amanda confronted Josh, who replied, “to believe that kind of stuff is like looking in a gossip magazine, believing that.” “It’s absolutely ludicrous,” he said, irritated. When Amanda revealed that the twins cited an unnamed source as the person (or person) behind the Josh gossip, he got more irritated. He assembled the whole gang to ream them out, and profess his innocence, telling them that “I am very frustrated right now.” “Ever since I’ve been here, for some reason one person or multiple people have accused me of being fake … It’s very disrespectful.” “It’s inconsiderate, and it’s a bunch of bulls–t to be honest with you,” Murray said, seething. “I don’t need to be here.” “My dog’s been battling cancer for six months. I wasn’t gonna come here. I am looking for somebody … period.” Then Josh asked if anyone doubted his authenticity, and Nick said he wasn’t sure, then brought up Dorfman’s book. “You keep saying it’s a fictional book. All I know is on my part it’s not fictional … the stuff she wrote about me,” Nick said. Josh responded to that by … threatening Nick: “All I know is I’m gonna try to work on this right now, and you need to hope that everything’s good with me and her … period, man.” Yeah. As Nick said, this is one scary ass dude: “All he wanted to do was just murder me.” As far as Amanda’s response to all this, she said that “I love the twins, and I respect what they have to say,” but it’s her decision. The former winner of The Bachelorette tells Us Weekly that not only are he and Amanda still a couple, they’re going to the next level . “Things are going amazing,” says the 32-year-old, who moved from Atlanta, Ga., to Stanton’s apartment in Irvine, California, this summer. “I 100 percent believe that Amanda is somebody who I could spend the rest of my life with,” the former fiance of Andi Dorfman gushed. On the latest episode of Bachelor in Paradise, romance ran rampant for some popular Bachelor franchise castoffs, but not for everyone. Picking up in the wake of Chad’s epic meltdown, Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 Episode 2 saw the remaining couples looking for love. And it also saw the return of a former feud between male suitors. With Chad out of the controversial picture, ABC decided to bring Leah Block back into the mix. You remember her, right? This was the same Leah Block from Ben Higgins’ season The Bachelor, the one who tried to talk sh-t to Lauren Bushnell about Higgins… … only for her plot to backfire, for Ben to send her home and for Ben and Lauren to end up engaged. Oops! This time around, Leah was the one being talked about behind her back, with Lace especially making jokes about her possible lip injections. But Leah didn’t care. She was only focused on Chad Johnson and being upset that he was sent home last week because she wanted to go out with him. Yes, that Chad Johnson. While this weird, quasi threesome was taking place, new couples were forming back at the house. We’re talking about Carly and Evan (really?) to Lace and Grant (how?). As for Carly? She wondered what it would be like to get to first base with Evan. This spit swap led to contrasting reactions: Evan : “Kissing Carly for the first time was incredible. I kissed Carly and I was just like, ‘I just want to kiss you some more!’ It was butterflies and explosions. It was a perfect kiss.” Carly : “That kiss was so terrible. I don’t understand how this man has two children.” Lace and Grant snuck away to a bedroom for some alone time while this craziness was going down. Seems worth mentioning. Leah proceeded to cover a camera with a blanket, forcing the show to feature crabs walking around the beach to sounds of Lace moaning. Let’s just move on, shall we? By the time the cocktail party rolled around, the group could not have been more of a total and complete mess. The only solid couples were Nick and Amanda, Grant and Lace and Evan and Carly.. if you can even count the latter, considering Carly’s reaction to their smooch. Desperate, the girls made the rounds and tried to convince the guys to give them a rose. This somehow led to Leah making a move on Daniel. The concluding event featured Grant giving his rose to Lace, Nick giving his to Amanda and Evan giving his to Carly. Jared gave his to Emily, which meant twin Haley also got to stick around. Then it was Vinny’s turn, and he ended up selecting Izzy, much to Sarah’s dismay. The final rose was Daniel’s, who handed it to Sarah. This all meant that Jubilee and Leah were sent packing. Remember: he and Nick were both contestants on Andy Dorfman’s The Bachelorette season in 2014. After Josh won and got engaged to the beauty, Nick turned bitter. But then Josh and Ali broke up and Andy released a memoir that tore Josh to bits. Josh, therefore, went straight for Amanda upon entering the house. He had asked her out within, like, minutes of his arrival and they were soon making out on a sailboat. Nick sadly wandered up and down the beach back at the house… until, that is, these two returned from their date. Nick : “When I gave my rose to Amanda last night, I felt really good that we were all on the same page. We both agreed that we had this connection. I think she’s great.” Josh : “Yeah, she’s amazing for sure. We had an incredible time today, just so you know.” Nick : “I’ve never seen someone so unapologetic for just being an ass for no reason.” Well, he’s not wrong.” When do these two get their own show?!?
