The Sheriff’s Office wrote in its Facebook post that Aguilar poured the alcohol into the employee’s mouth “right in front of a sheriff’s office sergeant,” while she was “still in her car.” The Oregonian reported that the woman’s drink of choice was Hennessy Cognac, but Washington County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Brian van Kleef clarified that the Taco Bell employee didn’t actually consume the alcohol. “We talked to the employee after, and he said most of it was spilled on him and that he actually didn’t consume the Hennessy,” he told the publication. The driver and employee did not know each other. Sign Up For Our Newsletter! Close Thank you for subscribing! YG Stopped And Handcuffed For Reckless Driving On His Way To BET Weekend Performance At 1 OAK

Source: Derrick Salters/WENN.com / WENN YG Pulled Over For Reckless Driving On His Way To A Show YG was surrounded by cops very early on Sunday morning and ended up being handcuffed for reckless driving. According to reports from TMZ , the Bompton rapper was on his way to appear at 1 OAK during BET weekend at approximately 1:45 AM. Cops claim he was speeding and weaving in and out of lanes on the Sunset Strip when they saw him and pulled him over. Now this is where the situation reportedly became tense. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies claim that YG became “upset and uncooperative and used profanities toward the deputies.” They also claim that he was “riling up the crowd,” so that is why they decided to handcuff him. Cops then began yelling at the bystanders who were upset over the police response, telling some of them to “shut up.” Sheriff’s deputies then administered a sobriety test with a field breathalyzer and determined that YG was not under the influence, so he was released. The rapper was cited for reckless driving and went on to his performance at 1 OAK. Check out some footage of the incident down below:

You Had One Job: Police Officer Fired After Failing To Locate Kidnapped 8-Year-Old In The Room He Searched

Source: Star Tribune via Getty Images / Getty Police Officer Fired For Not Being Able To Locate Kidnapped Girl A police officer in Texas has been fired from his job after he searched the hotel room where a kidnapped 8-year-old girl was being held captive and somehow didn’t find her. Officer Richardson Wolfe was placed on indefinite suspension — which is the civil service equivalent of termination — for mishandling the case of the young girl, who was later brought to safety. Forest Hills Police Chief Dan Dennis confirmed that Wolfe was released from the department on Wednesday, according to reports from NBC 5 . It all happened when Wolfe responded to an emergency call at a hotel just after midnight on May 19. An hour before the call, an Amber Alert had been sent out for the kidnapping of the young girl, who was snatched by a man later identified as Michael Webb. According to police, Webb dragged the child into his car and threw her mother out of the vehicle when she jumped in to try to fight him off. Someone at WoodSprings Suites recognized Webb from the Amber Alert and notified a desk clerk, who then called the police. When Wolfe arrived at the scene, he allegedly knocked on Webb’s hotel room door first, and was eventually let inside. “Upon entry into the room, the officers made visual inspection of the areas of the room that appeared to be large enough to conceal the missing child,” the police said in a press release. “They did not locate any other occupants inside the room. With no one located and no other information available, the officers cleared the scene.” Two hours later, Forest Hill police received another tip and at about 2am, more officers returned to the kidnapper’s hotel room. About six minutes later, Fort Worth police officers arrived too, and police confirmed that the child was located with Michael Webb a short time later. The tip that led to the rescue of the little girl came in from Jeff King, a local pastor who was friends with the girl’s parents. King had asked a detective if there was anything he could do to help find the missing girl, and the detective told him to check parks, hotels and apartments. “We had been checking parks all night and [WoodSprings Suites] was the second hotel we checked,” King said in a press conference. “I feel like God allowed me to be a tool.” Webb was charged with aggravated kidnapping and six counts of sexual assault of a child. He was expected to plead guilty but changed his mind at the eleventh hour and will now cop his plea on June 26, according to CBS 11 . He is facing 20 years to life in prison. Forest Hills Police are expected to release further details about the case as soon as they can.

Ho Sit Down: North Carolina Elementary Teacher Resigns After Threatening To Shoot Up Her School

Source: skynesher / Getty North Carolina School Teacher Resigns After Threatening Mass Shooting What in THE entire f**k is going on here?!? An elementary school teacher in Hillsborough, N.C., Kristen Thompson, has resigned after her colleagues reported her for threatening to shoot up Pathways Elementary School according to Fox8 . Thompson has bee charged with communicating a threat of mass violence by the Orange County Sheriff’s office: “This situation is being handled by law enforcement with the safety of our students and school staff as our utmost concern. Meanwhile, this situation is also being dealt with by school leadership as a personnel issue as well as a safety one. As such, the principal and other administrators are strictly forbidden by law from sharing information about the case. A threat of school violence is understandably unsettling for the community. Please know that the school and law enforcement are working together as a team to ensure the last few weeks of the school year are safe and productive for our students.” Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! It’s bad enough we have to worry about psychopaths murdering school kids, now we gotta worry about the damn teachers too?!?! SMH.

Artie Lange: Arrested For Drug Court Violation After 100 Days of Sobriety

Sad news out of the comedy world today, as Radar Online is reporting that troubled comic Artie Lange is headed back to jail following an unspecified probation violation. The news comes just two days after Lange tweeted an encouraging update about his sobriety. “Lange is non-compliant,” said a spokesperson for the Essex County Sheriff’s Office in New Jersey. “Consequently, he will be taken into custody by officers from the Essex County Sheriff’s Office,” the official added. “He will be returned to the Essex County Correctional Facility in Newark.” The representative added that reports of Lange’s progress and commitment to sobriety have been exaggerated, saying: “All the stories gave the impression he was doing great, but that is not the case.” Those positive progress reports included a tweet on Friday that showed Lange, smiling and holding Howard Stern’s latest memoir while working at a New Jersey gas station. “Pumping gas and reading Howard Sterns new book, which is great by the way,” a rep for Lange tweeted on the comic’s behalf. “I read in 2004 Trump interview with me there. I’m reading about the POTUS when a guy yells at me ‘yo fill it with regular’ lol, my crazy life!” Lange was a co-host on Stern’s satellite radio show for several years before being let go as a result of his substance abuse issues. During his press tour for the book, Stern confessed that he felt guilty for firing Lange at a time when his friend was most in need of support. “I get sad talking about Artie. He was a tremendous contributor. But we had to move on,” Stern told The New York Times . “I got my fingers crossed for the guy. And it wasn’t a clean break.” Clearly, Stern joins Lange’s many thousands of loyal fans and comedy colleagues in hoping for the best for Artie — and being continually disappointed by developments like today’s. Lange has been arrested numerous times over the course of the past three years, and on each occasion, his brushes with the law seemed to serve as needed wake up calls. Artie was most recently released from jail  in February, and he immediately headed to an in-patient rehab clinic. He was unable to use social media during his time in treatment, but with the help of friends and representatives, he was able to post encouraging messages about his commitment to recovery. The 51-year-old comic had reportedly accumulated 111 days of sobriety before his latest violation. Our thoughts go out to Lange and his loved ones during this difficult time. No More Drama: Mary J. Blige & Ex-Hubby Kendu Off The Hook In Second $2 Mill Foreclosure Case (Exclusive)

Source: Patrick McMullan / Getty Bank Sued Queen Of Hip Hop Soul Over Mortgage Debts Mary J. Blige has scored a victory in a case accusing her of not paying the mortgage on her $2 million mortgage on her New Jersey mansion, BOSSIP has learned. Apex Bank has abruptly abandoned a foreclosure suit against the “No More Drama” singer after accusing her of not paying the house’s bills in months. Last year, we exclusively revealed that the bank sued Blige and her now ex-husband, Kendu Isaacs, alleging that they defaulted on a $2 million mortgage. Blige bought that home back in 2001, and the 6,100 square foot home has six bedrooms, a master suite on its own private floor and sits on an acre lot. On May 17, the court clerk threw the case out because Apex Bank refused to move forward with litigating it, court records obtained by BOSSIP show. The case was dismissed without prejudice, meaning that the bank can refile the suit against Blige in the future. Source: Patrick McMullan / Getty The move likely means that MJB and the bank came to an out of court settlement over the debt. It’s the second time in less than a year that Blige has been let off the hook in a foreclosure case against her, according to court records. Last year, the bank sued her and Isaacs for not paying the mortgage on her $12 million estate a few towns over, but dropped that case as well. Although Blige can put those cases behind her, she is still having to deal with legal woes stemming from her alleged housing choices. We exclusively revealed that a judge has allowed a Beverly Hills landlord’s case against her and Isaacs to continue in order to recover nearly $60,000 in back rent and fees.

Florida Great-Grandmother Files Lawsuit After She’s Arrested For Bringing CBD Oil To Disney World

Source: Victoria Bee Photography / Getty Florida Great-Grandmother Files Lawsuit Over CBD Arrest A Florida great-grandmother wants an apology and compensation after she says she was unfairly arrested. 69-year-old Hester Jordan Burkhalter was charged with felony possession of hashish after a Disney World security guard found a bottle labeled “select CBD ” in her purse on April 15, according to an arrest affidavit from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Mind you Hester takes CBD oil as directed by her doctor for arthritis. After the Disney incident, the charges were dropped against her but Hester says that’s not enough. She’s now being represented by Trayvon Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump who recently filed a lawsuit on her behalf. The Associated Press reports that Crump said that Disney World and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office “need to take responsibility for their actions.” He’s since filed a suit claiming that Hester’s civil rights were violated. Oop! Did they REALLY have to arrest that lady for CBD oil???
