I don’t think Evan Rachel Wood erotica is an actual thing…but she did bang Marilyn Manson, the reason for Columbine, at least once or twice when they were dating and she was showing the world how edgy, GOTH and Dark she is…before ending up with BILLY ELLIOTT…some poofter dancer… DOESN’T MATTER… She was the racy tween in the movie I remember creeps jerking off to called THIRTEEN, based on slutty Nikki Reed’s childhood…and I don’t really know what else she’s done…a bunch of independent things…because she’s edgy… This is some photoshoot promoting who knows what…and this post has been a waste of all of our time – because there’s no TAKEAWAY…but is there ever really a takeaway from the nonsense I shit on these posts, when I’d rather be shit on by the girl in the pics…because it’s a better story…. Troubled Teen Rapper Fighting For His Freedom And For Custody OF His Son The lawyer for rapper Kodak Black told fans that him serving prison time for violating his house arrest was unlikely. A Florida judge this week found that Kodak – real name Dieuson Octave – violated the terms of his probation by leaving his house to travel to a strip club. A bartender there, Jennifer Cunningham, accused him of battering her, but the judge found him innocent of those charges. Because of the probation violation, Kodak now faces a maximum of six years in prison, but his lawyer Raven Ramona Liberty said that’s not the only punishment option that’s on the table. The punishment options include reinstating his probation, extending or modifying it, or prison time. She said that Kodak’s own probation officer hasn’t recommended that he serve prison time, but get counseling and attend anger management classes instead. He is due back in court next week – the same date he’s supposed to start a national tour with the Migos and Tory Lanez. “I have the utmost faith in God that he will be out on the fourth and will start the tour,” Liberty said, adding that the rapper is only 19 years old. “Fortunately he has the money to pay for attorneys. But this happens all the time to young men in his situation. I don’t think sitting in jail is the correct punishment.” Meanwhile, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper is simultaneously fighting for joint custody of his two-year-old son, King Khalid. Kodak recently filed paperwork in that case, to punish his baby mama Jammiah Broomfield, for lying about being “indigent” and benign so poor that she couldn’t afford the less than $300 in filing fees to fight the case. Broomfield recently filed a financial affidavit admitting she bought a new BMW, which poo-poos her poverty claims, Liberty said. The mom has also asked for more child support, Liberty said. A judge will hear that case later this summer. Instagram
When authorities found Aaron Hernandez dead inside his prison cell at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Lancaster, Massachusetts, it initially seemed like an open-and-shut case. Hernandez had recently been acquitted of double homicide, but was still facing life behind bars for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd. Sources close to Hernandez claimed that though the outcome of the trial was likely to have little impact on his time behind bars, it was important to the former New England Patriots tight end to ensure that he was cleared of any connection to the murders of Safiro Furtado and Daniel de Abreu. Having lived to see himself cleared of charges, the story went, Hernandez saw no reason to go on living. But as more information about Hernandez’s final days public, a different picture began to emerge. For one thing, his attorneys reported that his acquittal in the Furtado-Abreu murders gave Hernandez hope that his appeal of the Odin charges would be successful. However, there were also rumors that Hernandez was experiencing profound emotional duress due to the nature of his life behind bars. Prison sources indicated that the 27-year-old had become distraught in recent weeks due to an alleged romantic relationship with a fellow inmate named Kyle Kennedy . Insiders say Hernandez requested that he and Kennedy be permitted to share a cell, and became distraught when his request was denied. Attorneys for Hernandez have denied that their client was romantically involved, but Kennedy spent more than a week on suicide watch after Hernandez’s death. Today, Kennedy spoke out for the first time about Hernandez’s death, and while he did not confirm that he and the former NFL standout were romantically involved, Kennedy did make it clear that they shared a close emotional bond: “I miss my friend Aaron Hernandez,” said the 22-year-old in a statement issued to Radar Online. “I’d like to send my condolences to his fiancée, his mother and his daughter.” Kennedy, who is no longer on suicide watch, is serving a sentence for armed robbery. It is not known if he has had or will have any contact with Hernandez’s surviving relatives. View Slideshow: Aaron Hernandez Commits Suicide; The Internet Reacts
Back in February, we reported that Johnny Depp is going broke after spending his money on what we then described as “weird-ass sh-t.” In addition to the usual rich guy splurging (Sources say Depp spent $30,000 a month on wine .), there were some truly bizarre expenditures, such as a $3 million ash cannon to shoot the remains of his friend Hunter S. Thompson into the atmosphere. Rather than denying that he went a little crazy with his cash, however, Depp is now defending his right to blow a fortune on whatever gonzo luxuries he wants: The speculation of where Depp’s money went began when he sued his management group, TMG, for allegedly mishandling his sizable nest egg. TMG countersued, claiming that “Depp lived an ultra-extravagant lifestyle that often knowingly cost [him] in excess of $2 million per month.” The firm’s cross complaint argues: “Depp, and Depp alone, is fully responsible for any financial turmoil he finds himself in today.” In a new interview with The Wall St. Journal, Depp doesn’t claim that he never lived an overly-posh lifestyle, but instead argues that it was his right to do so, and his management group’s job to warn him before he went too far: “It’s my money,” Depp said. “If I want to buy 15,000 cotton balls a day, it’s my thing.” He went on to say: “Why didn’t they drop me as a client if I was so out of control? I’ve worked very, very hard for a lot of years and trusted a lot of people, some who’ve clearly let me down.” Depp says that in some areas, TMG lied to make his spending seem more lavish than it was, but in a hilariously candid quip, he says they actually underestimated his spending in one case. The cannon used to propel Thompson’s ashes into the night sky over the writer’s famous Woody Creek, Colorado ranch actually cost $5 million, not three. Depp has been unabashedly frank about his foibles throughout his career, and from a PR standpoint, the ball is now in TMG’s court. The firm finds itself in the unenviable position of facing off against a film icon who’s soon to resume his most famous role. The past year has been rough on Depp, but he still has a spot in the hearts of millions of devoted fans.
In the most stunning celebrity news story of the week, Chris Soules has been arrested for leaving the scene of a fatal car crash that left one individual dead. As previously detailed, the Season 19 Bachelor was driving his pickup truck on Sunday night when he rear-ended a tractor on a road near his farm in Iowa. Soules dialed 911 and reported that a man had been thrown out of the tractor and was now lying in a ditch, bleeding from the mouth… … but then he drove away and refused to let police officers into his home until they obtained a search warrant. Several hours after he crashed into 68-year old Kenneth Mosher and killed him, Soules was finally taken into custody and charged with the aforementioned crime. Authorities say cans of beer were found in Soules’ car, although it’s probable that too many hours elapsed between the time of the accident and the time of his blood test for the latter to turn up positive for alcohol. Still, pending an investigation, Soules may also be charged with involuntary manslaughter at some point. For now, he’s free on $10,000 bond. This incident, of course, is as serious as it gets; through his actions, whether by complete accident or whether his judgment was impaired in some way, Chris Soules took a life. However, if you watch The Bachelor online and/or have followed Soules’ reality TV career ever since his days as a contestant on Andy Dorfman’s season of The Bachelorette, you’re likely aware that Soules has frequently run afoul of the law. There’s nothing in his past this severe. But there’s enough on record that could impact how this case is handled going forward. Let’s take a look at all Soules has allegedly done, shall we? In 2001, he was charged on two separate occasions for being a minor in possession of alcohol. In January of 2002, he was cited for unlawful use of a license. Later in 2002, he was charged with leaving the scene of an accident after running a stop sign. (NOTE: this incident was eventually amended from leaving the scene due to defective brakes.) In 2005, he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated (Iowa’s term for DUI), after which he was fined $500; given a 60-day jail sentence; a 58-day suspended jail sentence; and a year of probation. Moreover, between the years of 2000 and 2012, Soules received a total of seven speeding violations. On their own, of course, none of these arrests or run-ins with the law are all that serious. But that’s a pretty long list for one individual to have accumulated, let alone one individual whose history of driving, drinking and irresponsibility may have finally caught up with him. In deadly fashion. View Slideshow: 20 Celebrities Who Very Likely Killed Someone E! News spoke to legal expert Troy Slaten to determine what sort of legal ramifications Soules could face in light of his latest charges and his lengthy criminal record. “What it looks like right now, he is facing what is called a Class D felony, which is leaving the scene of an accident causing death,” Slaten says . “Leaving the scene of an accident causing death is, in and of itself, a felony.” What if tests do come back that show Soules was over the legal drinking limit? What if his blood-alcohol content is above .08? “When somebody has a prior conviction for DUI, that can mean a couple of things,” Slaten explains, going into detail as follows: “It can change a case of vehicular homicide or vehicular manslaughter into murder, and here’s why: Normally when we talk about murder, there has to be some sort of malice or evil intent. “Getting in an accident is usually not evil… but when somebody has been convicted of DUI [in the past], they’re under a greater understanding of the dangers of drinking and driving because [they’ve] been through DUI classes and special alcohol education.” Makes sense, right? And it’s hard to argue with the logic behind these guidelines, no? The Iowa State Patrol is looking into whether alcohol played a role in the fatal crash. If so, prosecutors may cite “malice” due to Soules’ perceived knowledge of what happens when you drink and drive. They could say Soules showed an “indifference to human life” by once again getting behind the wheel after imbibing, according to Slaten, would could result in a MURDER charge. Soules was arraigned (see photo above) on Tuesday, which confirms he’s facing criminal charges. He also could face civil liability on behalf on the victim’s family. Mosher was a father of two and is also a grandfather. Sources say these relatives do not blame Soules for what happened, but that opinion could change if they learn alcohol was in his system. For now, Soules has simply issued a very straightforward statement through his spokesman. It reads: Chris Soules was involved in an accident Monday evening (April 24) in a rural part of Iowa near his home. He was devastated to learn that Kenneth Mosher, the other person in the accident, passed away. His thoughts and prayers and with Mr. Mosher’s family.

Troubled Singer Off The Hook For Allegedly Beating Up His Family Last Year Jailed “Jagged Edge” singer Kyle Norman has one less legal battle to worry about. A Georgia judge has agreed to throw out a case where he was accused of trying to stab his son in front of his nine-year-old daughter after witnesses for the prosecution didn’t turn up to court. Norman, 41, appeared in DeKalb County, Ga. Superior Court Monday, where his case was set to go to trial, but a prosecutor from the DeKalb County Solicitor-General’s Office instead asked that the case not go forward, citing the reason as “want of prosecution,” which means they lacked the evidence to proceed with the case. It’s not clear who the witnesses in question were: whether it was his wife, Merrika, other family members or police officers who responded on the night in question. The case’s dismissal also means that Norman no longer has to stay away from Merrika, or his adult son, Keelan. “We appeared and were ready for trial and the state moved to dismiss the case,” Norman’s lawyer Durante Partridge told BOSSIP. “Of course, they are relieved that the case is over nonetheless.” Cops arrested Norman last September after Norman’s wife Merrika called 911 around 5 a.m., telling police that Norman was punching his son, Keelan. The son’s uncle tried to put Norman in a headlock to stop the fight, and the son ran out of the room, but Norman followed him downstairs to continue the beat down, even pulling a knife at one point, according to the police report. An enraged Norman punched holes in the wall, broke a coffee table, kitchen fan and shattered a mirror in the home during the alleged assault, the police report states. Keelan, Norman’s son, said his father spent the evening drinking and cursing out family members. Keelan said when he confronted his dad, the man began pummeling him. The son suffered cuts and scrapes, which he said was from the broken mirror, the police report stated. Cops arrived and found the place a mess, and a bloodied Norman trying to clean it up. Cops even recovered a kitchen knife wrapped in a bloody napkin that had been hidden in the washing machine. When police tried to talk to Norman’s spouse, he allegedly blocked her from leaving. But she later managed to tell them that she was afraid of him and he’d abused her before. Norman’s nine-year-old daughter witnessed the fracas, and the tearful girl later told police she ran and hid in the closet. The officers said they found Norman with a strong stench of booze on his breath attempting to clean up the house. When they told him to stop, he allegedly said: “Nobody is going to talk to you and you need to get out of my house.” However, Norman’s case’s dismissal still won’t spring him from jail. Norman has remained locked up since January on violating the terms of his probation from beating up his then-fiancé and shoving her engagement ring down her throat. But he’ll likely return to his family home once he gets out, Partridge said. We reached out to a spokesman from the DeKalb County Solicitor-General’s Office for comment.

When we first learned that Farrah Abraham would appear on Marriage Boot Camp , our initial reaction could be summed up with the letters “W,” “T,” and “F.” After all, Farrah’s not married, and she’s currently not even in a relationship (though the fact that she was single didn’t stop her from appearing on VH1’s Couple’s Therapy). Then we found out that this was the “family edition” of the show, and we went from confused to way too excited. You see, Farrah’s family is almost as messed up as Farrah herself. For starters, her parents spend an inordinate amount of time together despite being divorced. On top of that, Farrah’s mother, Debra Danielsen wants to be a rapper , while her father, Michael Abraham, is basically a human doormat. Michael and Debra can’t quite rise to Farrah’s level of insanity, but they make a noble effort, and we commend them for it. Of course, in order to get a feel for just how emotionally unstable a person is, you have to get them out of their comfort zone and put them in the presence of someone who will call them on their bullsh-t. Enter Kendra Wilkinson. Kendra has plenty of messed-up marriage experience, but she’s appearing on Marriage Boot Camp in order to sort out her issues with her mother – and to lock horns with Farrah. In a recent interview, Kendra opened up about her time on set with the Abrahams, and she’s not shy about admitting that she wanted absolutely nothing to do with them. (Which is, of course, the perfect reaction to being forced to spend time with Farrah and her family.) “I respect everybody and their situation and their problems. But, I don’t know, I didn’t really – their whole little thing, I wanted to not be in the same room with them,” Kendra told People magazine. The shade-throwing continued when Kendra basically pulled a Mariah, claiming she didn’t know anything about Farrah before they shot Marriage Boot Camp together: “I don’t watch her or anything so I wanted to start from scratch when it came to meeting other celebrities from the house,” she explained. “I don’t like coming from judgment, I like to just know people – starting from scratch, not who they are, what they do on TV.” Kendra proceeded to drop the mic by basically saying the Abrahams faked their drama for the cameras: “I didn’t trust it,” Wilkinson said. “I like real and raw. They were cool, I just kind of stayed away.” View Slideshow: Farrah Abraham: A Ridiculous, Sometimes X-Rated Life in GIFs That’s some grade-A trash talk. We think Farrah may have finally met her match. Watch Marriage Boot Camp online to see two of reality TV’s angriest women butt heads.
A few shocking new details regarding the suicide of Aaron Hernandez have reportedly been brought to light. According to an article in Newsweek, the former New England Patriots tight end and convicted murderer left three suicide notes this week prior to hanging himself in prison. One was to his fiancee. One was to his daughter. And the third was to his boyfriend in jail. All three hand-written messages were placed next to a Bible in Hernandez’s solitary prison cell in the Souza Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, Massachusetts. The Bible was opened to a section of the New Testament, John 3:16, which reads as follows: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whosoever believes in him would not perish but have eternal life.” As previously noted, Hernandez had scrawled this same verse on his forehead with red ink, while also making marks on his hands and feet with that red pen. It was as if the disgraced athlete was mimicking the stigmata associated with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The Newsweek continues: The 27-year-old ex NFL star – who was serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for a murder he committed in 2013 – proceeded to jam the track of his cell door with cardboard to make it difficult for guards to enter. He also slicked the floor with liquid soap and shampoo. For what purpose? Investigators believe he did this make it harder for him to back out in case he lost his nerve. Hernandez then wrapped his bed sheet around his neck numerous times and tied one end of it to a bar on the window of his cell. A guard saw Hernandez’s dangling body around 3 a.m. on Tuesday; he was then transported to UMass Leominster hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:07 a.m. View Slideshow: Aaron Hernandez Commits Suicide; The Internet Reacts Hernandez was convicted in April of 2015 for shooting and killing his friend, Odin Lloyd. There was plenty of evidence to convict the former University of Florida standout, but his motive for the crime remained unclear. Now, however, interviews with multiple law enforcement officials closely tied to the case say Lloyd had information the football star did not want out: That Hernandez was bisexual. Ernest Wallace, a co-defendant in the Lloyd murder case, told detectives the victim had called Hernandez a “schmoocher,” which was translated at the time by Hernandez and his friends as a gay slur. Wallace, who is in prison for helping Hernandez get rid of the Lloyd murder weapon, also allegedly told his cousin during a jailhouse visit that he would not have assisted with this crime if he had known Hernandez was a “limp wrist.” Source tell Newsweek that Hernandez penned his third suicide note to a male lover in jail who is now on suicide watch. This same detailed article claims that Hernandez had a longtime boyfriend prior to being sentenced to prison. He was a high school friend and this man was interviewed extensively by authorities after Lloyd’s murder; he was even forced to testify in front of a grand jury. Law enforcement confirm that Hernandez moved a significant amount of money into three accounts shortly before his arrest for the Lloyd killing: One account was for his fiancée; a second was for his daughter; the third, where the majority of the cash was moved, was for this unnamed boyfriend. Officials have confirmed that Hernandez did, indeed, kill himself. Some people close to the ex-Patriots player have made controversial comments that Hernandez never would do such a thing. They’ve implied a murder is being covered up . But if the details of this latest extensive report are accurate, it may be the case that Aaron Hernandez kept a lot secret from those who thought they knew him well. Aaron Hernandez smiles here with his fiancee. The late tight end is believed to have lived a double life, afraid for years that his bisexual preferences would be made public We may never know every last aspect of his life. But we do know this life is now over. Hernandez leaves behind a four-year old daughter.
