Source: Edward Berthelot / Getty Asap Bari Hit With Two Felonies For Pennsylvania Arrest A$AP Bari is going to have to face multiple charges, which includes two felonies in relation to his arrest last November in Palmer Township, Pennsylvania. In total, the designer has been charged with seven crimes, according to reports from TMZ on March 2. The most serious of these charges are possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver weed and criminal conspiracy to commit to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The various misdemeanors include possession of drug paraphernalia. Bari was first arrested on November 29 of last year when he got pulled over after police observed him driving his Mercedes the wrong way down a street. The police noticed a strong odor of marijuana when they approached his vehicle and during a search, authorities discovered over two dozen tins filled with weed and arrested Bari. The New York native insisted that his stash was only for personal use and was initially charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, being released after posting a $25,000 bond. This latest news comes on the heels of him putting yet another another legal situation in his rear view. Back in January, ASAP Bari pleaded guilty to a charge he was facing in the United Kingdom. He was accused of sexual assault in July 2017 after a video surfaced that appears to show him demanding sex from a woman before slapping her on the butt and pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault. He ended up avoiding any jail time and was ordered to pay a fine and be subject to a restraining order.
21-year old Carlos Romero and 24-year old Dimitri Lavalais were arrested on Thursday after footage of them firing shots at a group of teenagers went viral. According to reports , the teens saw the suspects hiding outside in the bushes with guns when the arrived home on July 28, 2018. KSAT News reports: A 9mm casing found in Romero’s vehicle was fired from one of the two handguns used in the shooting. On Oct. 25, Lavalais evaded police in a white 2004 Kia Forte after authorities attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle was found to have three bullet holes in the roof of the car and a Glock handgun — later found to be connected to the shooting — was found inside. Lavalais and Romero are two of what police think were three suspects from the shooting scene. Both have been charged with aggravated assault of a deadly weapon
Source: Mint Images / Getty Teacher Accused Of Having A Relationship With Sixth Grade Student Last year, a teacher in Arizona allegedly coerced and assaulted a 13-year-old student at Las Brisas Academy Elementary School in Goodyear when she was 27. At the time, police released texts between Zamora and the student following her arrest in March 2018–but now, Arziona Republic reports that more disturbing details in the case have since been revealed. When speaking with a police interviewer, the 13-year-old said that he couldn’t recall at what point his interactions with the teacher started to escalate to the alleged assault. “She said she wanted to give me a blow job and my stuff is really big and stuff like that,” he explained. He also said that one day during a parent-teacher meeting, the 27-years-old hugged and kissed him. The teacher, Brittany Zamora, allegedly engaged in sexual activity with the student at the back of the classroom while other students were there watching videos. During the interview, he said that she would often pretend to drop something or look for stuff at her desk and she would “touch his stuff.” He added that he would also send her notes during class that explained what he wanted to do, also proclaiming his love for her. The situation continued for weeks until one day, when he was staying at his grandparents’ house, he snuck out to meet her in her car, where they performed oral sex on one another. The next night, the sixth grader said they engaged in intercourse. Though Zamora told him not to tell anyone what happened, he later ended up telling a friend. A friend of the victim said that he saw the two have sex in her classroom while he was told to be a lookout. “They were just doing it,” he revealed. “It was very uncomfortable… It’s, like, weird how a 27-year-old can, like, love a 13-year-old and do stuff. It’s just crazy. She’s not a good person.” The two of them asked the friend to stand watch the next day, but he refused and left. The 13-year-old told the friend that he had sex with his teacher again after he refused to stand watch a second time. Now, the victim’s parents are reportedly suing Zamora, her husband, and the school district for $2.5 million in damages.

The rapper was having lunch at an Atlanta-area Cracker Barrel when thieves stole almost half a million dollars worth of jewelry and cash from his car parked outside. According to Fairburn police, the Memphis native was at the Cracker Barrel on Senoia Road in Fairburn, Georgia, just before noon on Wednesday when the incident happened, WSB-TV reported . Police say that Dolph was dining with another man when employees came and told him someone had broken into his car. Young Dolph ended up telling police that the driver’s side window of his camouflaged 2018 Mercedes-Benz G63 was damaged and that the following, very expensive items were stolen: Diamond chain valued at approximately $27,000. Another chain valued at approximately $57,000. Richard Mille watch valued at approximately $230,000. Patek Philippe watch valued at approximately $85,000. Cartier sunglasses valued at $24,000. Cartier sunglasses valued at $700. Glock firearm. Pirelli backpack valued at approximately $300. Apple MacBook valued at $3,000. Apple iPad valued at $500. Apple AirPods valued at $200. The rapper also said that it would cost about $700 to replace his window. As of now, police are searching for the thieves from the incident and they said that surveillance video from a nearby gas station shows the whole thing going down. Amber Portwood appeared on Kailyn Lowry’s Coffee Convos podcast this week, and folks — what a convo it was. If you’re a fan of the franchise, then you’re probably aware that Amber lives her life in a constant state of seething rage. Portwood has served time for assault , and you might think that would be enough to convince her to get her temper in check. But Amber doesn’t seem to have much concern for consequences. And as a result, her convo with Kail was quite a doozy. Naturally, Portwood’s feud with Jenelle Evans was a major topic of conversation, but the interview was fascinating for reasons that went beyond Amber’s rage. In short, Amber Portwood might be the single most delusional person working in reality television today, which is really saying something. Things got off to a rollicking start when Amber revealed that she was driven to rage by the sight of Jenelle burning the haircare products that Kail had sent her as a peace offering. “I was seeing all the stuff she’s saying about you [Kail] and burning your stuff,” Portwood began. “I went after her, I couldn’t understand in my mind how certain things transpired…it just really hit something with me. “I wasn’t really trying to attack her…even though I did attack her.” Amber Portwood Goes Off on David Eason Amber is referring to the video above, in which she absolutely went off on Jenelle. Asked about David Eason’s obvious psychosis, Amber had this to say: “I think they just want attention…I think when David does certain things he can get pretty crazy,” she said. “I just think if he changed maybe drinking habits or something, he could probably calm down a little bit.” Portwood went on to reveal that the final message she sent Jenelle before being blocked was “really sweet” … but it was too little, too late. From there, Portwood went on to talk about all the celebrities who tried to woo her following her breakup from Matt Baier. Seriously. “I had already had a few [guys] trying to do that,” Amber said. “Once you get single on the show…it’s like…there were some A-listers flashing money [trying to hit me up]…I’m not going to say their names, but I thought it was kind of corny and ignorant. You know who you are, I just thought it was really corny.” She went on to spill the tea about the early days of her relationship with Andrew Glennon. “With Matt, it took six months to meet him. I feel like when someone’s in the industry I’m more comfortable with meeting them because hopefully, they’re not psychotic,” Amber said of Andrew. “I was comfortable and we hit it off.” Yes, Amber Portwood — the ex-con reality star who resides in rural Indiana — really played the “I can’t date anyone who’s not in the industry” card. Amber went to say that she would marry Glennon “in a heartbeat” — if he asked. From there, things really got ridiculous, as Amber bemoaned the fact that she has yet to receive an Emmy — for her work on Teen Mom OG. “The Teen Mom franchise, in general, we should have Emmys,” Amber said. “We should be recognized more for what we have done. I think the focus on the negativity is ridiculous. I think there should be a little more focus on the good things we have done. I think with the ‘Teen Mom’ franchise, they should look at us a bit differently. “We’ve been through things in our lives that real people have went through. They need to look at it that way, instead of just drama, drama, drama.” She added: “I demand that respect after doing this for such a long time, as any of us should,” Pro tip: People who are widely respected spend about 0 percent of their time pounding their fists on the table and demanding respect. It’s just not the way the world works. You’re not gonna learn a whole lot about the best way to live your life by observing Amber Portwood or Jenelle Evans. But there’s at least one important lesson you can learn from their example: If you find yourself in a position where you constantly feel the need to voice your demand for respect, you’re doing something wrong.
