Meghan Markle Gets a Tattoo! Sort Of!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made one of their final international stops before settling down for parenthood in the very near future. On Sunday, the Royal Couple traveled to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco to visit a boarding school for girls. And, during the trip, the polarizing Duchess of Sussex received a special henna tattoo to mark her seven months of pregnancy. (Yes, seven months! Can you believe it? The baby really is coming soon, folks!) The expecting couple kept very close to each other during their visit, holding hands and sharing a multitude of sweet moments during their busy engagement. At one point, Meghan gently rested her head on Harry’s shoulder and he flashed a big smile. At another point, she proudly showed off her temporary new ink, as you can see here: The tattoo has been making headlines across the Internet today, as it extends from Meghan’s wrist all the way up her pointer finger. From our brief research, it doesn’t appear that the tattoo design is of anything in particular, but simply having it penned on to her skin was a welcoming gesture on Markle’ss part. It showed how accepting she is of other cultures. Neither Markle – who was recently celebrated by her close famous friends in New York – nor Harry spoke to the press during this outing, but details have been made public nonetheless. In addition to taking part in the aforementioned Henna ceremony, the superstars visited the Education for All Boarding House in the Atlas Mountains. This boarding house allows girls from rural areas to reside closer to their school, thereby helping to further and accelerate their education. According to the organization’s website, up to 83 percent of women in Morocco are illiterate. It’s a very serious issue. Moreover, many have limited access to secondary schools and/or can’t afford transport to school. Markle and Harry made a point to visit with the students here and to impart as much wisdom as they could.  But that wasn’t all. In addition, the gorgeous Highnesses went to the Lycée Collegial Le Grand Atlas, where they observed students practicing English. The duo also spoke to a few of the teachers and watched students partake in a soccer game. Pretty great all around, huh? Perhaps we ought to focus more on these sort of humanitarian efforts… instead of one Markle’s awful and very selfish family . It was founded by Manish Chandra , Tracy Sun , Gautam Golwala , and Chetan Pungaliya in 2011. The marketplace sellers collectively garnered $1 billion since the company was founded. The company is valued at nearly $600 million. Chandra—who serves as the company’s CEO—says that he believes Williams can take the brand to the next level. “What triggered my initial interest [in Williams], is there are very few people who have that focus on excellence. What we are trying to build is a very diverse, independent board, people who can guide us to the next level of growth,” said Chandra in a statement. “Seeing she had the right experience, and the passion for fashion, that’s the way we looked at it.” He also added that the platform was developed by a team of strong women like Williams. The tennis star is beyond excited to join the Poshmark team. She said she’s been shopping on the platform for years. “I’m really excited to join Poshmark because it really speaks to my core values,” said Williams in a statement, according to Ad Week . “They really believe in so many different aspects of my life that I am not only living but I’m also preaching.” Williams is using Poshmark as an avenue for social good. She recently built her own closet on the platform and the proceeds from purchased items will go to the Yetunde Price Resource Center; an organization that she founded in memory of her sister who was fatally shot in Compton in 2003. The organization provides resources and programs for victims of direct or indirect senseless violence. Blac Chyna & Soulja Boy: It’s Over! Already!

Blac Soulja was short lived to say the least.  And we are not at all shocked.  Soulja Boy and Blac Chyna have called it quits after their brief two-week relationship .  The model and rapper first began dating earlier this month when the “Crank That” emcee shared a picture of them holding hands and sharing affection.  They apparently  slid into each other’s DM’s on Instagram a few days prior and finally met up at Sean Kingston’s Los Angeles penthouse.  According to TMZ , the reason the two even started their erratic relationship in the first place was to get revenge on Chyna’s ex Tyga, who also has beef with Soulja.  And it seems their romance took a sharp turn after having a huge argument over the “Taste” rapper. The two reportedly began bickering about their intentions before coming to the realization that they weren’t on the same page about their future.  Chyna felt “he wasn’t ready to commit.” Let me remind you that the 30-year-old mom was in a relationship with some rapper named Kid Buu literally days before starting her new relationship with Soulja. They, fortunately, ended their childish fling after getting into a physical altercation while on a trip to Hawaii . The police were called but no files were charged. It hasn’t been a great start to 2019 for Chyna, who also shares daughter Dream with ex-fiance Rob Kardashian – who understandably thinks she is an “unfit mother”. Especially after the wild stunt she pulled in Hawaii. Rob will most likely win full custody of Dream due to Chyna’s recurring partying habits and desperate need for a man’s attention.     Earlier on Thursday, Soulja took to Twitter to confirm the recent split by retweeting the  TMZ article. “I just wanted to see what the p–sy felt like,” he wrote in a since-deleted message.  He later apologized for his hilarious, yet offensive words writing “My apologies to Blac Chyna and my fans for the previous tweet.” “Blac Chyna and I have a mutual friendship nothing more nothing less.” But a week prior he confirmed their relationship informing his fans he’s “in love.”  For Valentine’s Day, SB and BC went on a shopping date at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills where he reportedly spent $20,000 on gifts.   “Happy Valentine’s Day,” he wrote on Instagram in another since-deleted post.  Soulja still has one photo of the two on his Instagram at a 2019 Grammys after-party which is captioned “DrakoChyna Grammy Party Celebration.” The former couple also reportedly got mani-pedis together.  It sounds like Chyna and Soulja made the most of their couple weeks together!   And only (short) time will tell who her next lover will be.  View Slideshow: Blac Chyna: Awful at Oral Sex According to Leaked Video, Twitter Reactions

Meghan Markle: Victimized By Fraudulent Revenge Porn on Twitter

As you may have heard, Meghan Markle was in New York City this week for a baby shower hosted by a handful of her closest friends. While the celebration was reportedly a rather pricey affair — as is customary for well-heeled public figures in any line of work — the bill was footed entirely by Meghan’s A-list associates, a group that includes Serena Williams and Amal Clooney . Based on the backlash, however, you would have thought that the whole thing was taxpayer funded. The British tabloid press — which has been relentlessly critical of Meghan from the time her relationship with Prince Harry was first made public — claims that the royals are angry about the shower , as such customs are considered beneath her station. And then there was this woman who donned a mask and took to the streets to repeatedly shout the phrase “charlatan duchess” at Markle. (Note to Crazy Lady: This is America. If you want to make headlines for being racist in the streets, you’ll need a more scathing insult than “charlatan.”) Sadly, the harassment that Meghan received on the streets of Manhattan gave way to a less immediately dangerous, but equally virulent strain of pestering on social media. British bird cage-liner The Sun tweeted about the Masked Dumbass and the comments quickly devolved into the sort of troll-fest that Twitter has sadly become known for. Thankfully, the site deleted a tweet in which the user suggested that Meghan should be shot. Unfortunately, it appears administrators have been unable to keep up with the deluge of hate directed at Meghan, as the harassment campaign continues, mostly unabated. The above screenshot was sent to The Hollywood Gossip by a reader who claims that the “Kozi” account is one of several alternates used by Meghan’s half-sister, Samantha Markle. Please note that while we have reported extensively on Samantha’s harassment of Meghan in the past, we were unable to substantiate the claim that she is the owner of the account or the author of the tweet displayed here. Regardless of who’s responsible, however, one glimpse at a thread like this might be enough to convince you that the targeted harassment campaign against Meghan is far more serious than you had realized. Particularly appalling is the content posted by a user who goes by the handle @YankeeWally, in reference to Wallis Simpson — the American actress whose intended marriage to Edward VIII resulted in the king’s abdication. The account tweeted two photos that claim to show Meghan in various states of undress. We will not be reproducing or linking to them, both because they’re likely fraudulent and because posting explicit photos without the subject’s consent constitutes an act of sexual assault. But let it be known that this is the sort of harassment Meghan endures for committing the unforgivable sin of marrying into a high-profile family. Amal Clooney & Serena Williams Hosted Meghan Markle’s $80k NYC Baby Shower!

Meghan Markle is definitely getting the royal treatment when it comes to her baby shower.    But rather than an over the top evening filled with hot tea and hats, the Duchess made a getaway to the Big Apple to spend some quality time with her closest, non-British besties. And we don’t blame her.  According to multiple outlets, Meghan has been in NYC over the past couple of days celebrating the upcoming arrival of her and Prince Harry’s first child  who is due this Spring. And Meghan’s pals deserve an award for their wondrous party planning skills.  The shower is reportedly being held in a $75,000 suite at The Mark Hotel, which is known as “New York’s most boldly lavish hotel” located in the heart of Manhattan.  And the head chef at the 5-star resort happens to be none other than world-renowned culinary master Jean-Georges Vongerichten.  But the only thing better than the food…the guest list!  A-list celebrities filed into the hotel to greet the royal, including Amal Clooney, Serena Williams, Gayle King, Meghan’s wedding makeup artist Daniel Martin, former Suits star Abigail Spencer, Toronto-based stylist Jessica Mulroney, and designer (and Meghan and Harry’s matchmaker) Misha Nonoo, according to People .  But Serena and Amal are footing the bill as they are rumored to be the ones hosting the extravagant party.  And it wasn’t just their sophisticated chic fashion the photographers were busy capturing, but rather a giant cotton candy machine being wheeled into the hotel!  Meghan reportedly has been known to spoil her friends and co-workers with special treats.  So it seems as though they are returning the sweet favor.  “She would always do spirit boosters for the crew on set – for example, having gourmet burgers delivered,” said a former costar to People .  “It’s the same stuff she does with her office at [Kensington Palace] now. I came by there one day, and she had ordered an incredible ice-cream ad sorbet stand for the office.” They were remarking how it was the ‘best day of work ever.’ It warmed my heart to see her just continuing to be her and bring her style to the U.K.” The distinguished guests, who also attended Meghan and Harry’s wedding in 2018 , will likely be walking away with personal gifts as well.  Delivery of more than a dozen luxury carry-on suitcases by Away (which People shared can be monogrammed!) arrived at the hotel on Wednesday morning.  But that’s not it! New York City-based harpist and singer Erin Hill was also spotted entering the hotel.  Hill has played with Cyndi Lauper, Kanye West and Josh Groban. But she has also had her fair share with more noble appearances as she’s played solo at The Royal Albert Hall and Carnegie Hall.  The fun all began on Tuesday when one of Meghan’s first baby gifts arrived, which was an eco-friendly and modern crib by Babyletto.  It’s no secret that Meghan’s friends are doing an A+ job with the shower, but they’ve also earned an A+ for having their BFF’s back throughout all the pressure she has faced while transitioning into a royal.  Last month, her close friends opened up to People for the first time about Meghan and all the negative press she was getting in the U.K.  “Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths,” her former costar said.  “We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby,” she added. “It’s wrong to put anyone under this level of emotional trauma, let alone when they’re pregnant.”  They all went on to share the truth about the kind of friend Meghan is to them:  “She will stop whatever she’s doing and laugh with you and cry with you,” said another friend and former colleague. Who added, “If I’m thrown some kind of curveball, I always think, ‘I gotta talk to Meg.’ We talk daily and the first thing out of her mouth is, ‘How are the kids? Meghan Markle to Father: Please Stop Bullying Me!

In the months since she married Prince Harry , Meghan Markle’s life has developed into a unique mix of fantasy and nightmare. She may have gone from actress on an obscure basic cable legal drama to international icon, but that transformation has come with a hefty emotional toll. Part of the problem is the British tabloid press, which has been benefited tremendously from publishing scathing headlines at Meghan’s expense. But what’s reportedly much more devastating to Meghan is the role that her awful family has played in spreading damaging secrets and lies in an effort to destroy her public image. Sources close to the Duchess of Sussex say she’s not terribly surprised that her half-sister, Samantha Markle, is attempting to cash in with constant slander, as the failed actress has been deeply envious of Meghan for her entire life. However, Meg is absolutely floored by her father’s decision to take part in Samantha’s relentless bullying campaign. According to new reports from multiple outlets, just prior to her wedding, Meghan penned a heartfelt letter to her father, in which she implored him to stop making disparaging comments to the press. “Dad, I’m so heartbroken. I love you. I have one father. Please stop victimizing me through the media so we can repair our relationship,” reads a portion of the letter, according to the Daily Mail . Earlier this week, five friends of Meghan’s spoke to People magazine and revealed that their objective in doing so was to “stand up against the global bullying” that she’s endured since entering the global spotlight.” They revealed that in response to his daughter’s letter Thomas Markle suggested that the two of them participate in a photoshoot.  “She feels like, ‘That’s the opposite of what I’m saying. I’m telling you I don’t want to communicate through the media, and you’re asking me to communicate through the media. Did you hear anything I said?'” said one of Meghan’s friends. “I think she will always feel genuinely devastated by what he has done,” remarked another. The consensus among the anonymous friend group is that Thomas and Samantha are intentionally causing harm to the Duchess’ public image — not to mention her psyche — with no regard for the fact that Meghan is currently pregnant with her first child. “We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby,” said one female associate. “It’s wrong to put anyone under this level of emotional trauma, let alone when they’re pregnant.” In response to Samantha Markle’s claims that Thomas has been unable to contact his daughter, the friends revealed that that’s simply not the case. “He knows how to get in touch with her,” remarked a former costar. “He’s never called; he’s never texted. It’s super painful because Meg was always so dutiful. There’s a reason that the “happily ever after” of so many fairy tales involves marrying into a royal family. From a distance, it’s like winning the lottery, if — in addition to money — the lottery also awarded international fame and sex with an attractive person. So in a sense, Meghan Markle is living the dream. But another, possibly more accurate sense, she’s stuck in a nightmare. Not a horrendous nightmare, where you’re being chased by an axe murderer or something. More like one of those weird dreams where you go from obscure basic cable actress to global celebrity overnight, but the tabloid press and your own sh-tty family keep trying to destroy you. What doesn’t everyone have those? Anyway, you’ve probably heard about Meghan’s awful family by now, and at times, you’ve probably felt a little bad for her, After all, Meghan is pregnant with her first child , but her wicked half-sister, Samantha Markle, persists in spreading damaging lies to any tabloid still willing to listen to her seething nonsense. Fortunately, Meghan has some great friends in her corner — and they’re willing to say the things that she can’t about her horrendous dad and siblings. Meg’s pals spoke to People magazine recently so that they could, in their words , “stand up against the global bullying we are seeing and speak the truth about our friend.” “Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths,” says a woman identified only as “a former costar” of the magazine. “We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby,” adds the costar. “It’s wrong to put anyone under this level of emotional trauma, let alone when they’re pregnant.” Her friends say one of the most distressing parts of the current narrative surrounding Meg is that she’s being painted as some narcissistic diva, when nothing could be further from the truth. “We’ve all been to their cottage,” says someone identified as “a close confidante” “It’s small and she’s made it cozy, but the perception of their lifestyle and the reality are two different things. Meg cooks for herself and Harry every single day. The confidante goes on to say that Meg has friends visit her often, and she always makes them feel right at home. “We had a couple of days together recently. Her husband was out of town on work,” the friend reveals. “In the room she made up for me, there was a candle lit by the bed, slippers and a robe. We were the only two in the house. It was our time. She made the most lovely meals. She made tea every day. “It was raining and muddy outside, so the dogs got all dirty, and she’s wiping them off with towels. “How much she loves her animals, how much she loves her friends, how much she loves feeding you, taking care of you — none of that has changed.” Jeez, what a monster. Meghan Markle: Forcing Harry to Choose Between Her and His Family?

If you’ve been paying attention to the British tabloid press (our condolences) and its coverage of Meghan Markle, then you’re familiar with this very tired refrain: Meghan is the Diva Duchess ; she’s too American; she’s breaching royal protocol left and right; Kate Middleton is leading the rebellion against her, and so forth … Given Meghan’s status as a “non-traditional” royal (make of that loaded and oft-used phrase what you will), some criticism from the press was to be expected. But for some reason, in recent weeks, outlets like The Sun have really stepped up their anti-Meg trash talk. Part of the reason for that, of course, is the highly-publicized Meghan vs. Kate feud . That conflict has proven popular for at least two reasons: 1. It sells papers (which is a very old-fashioned way of saying it makes for very clickable headlines). 2. The British press recently decided to stop criticizing Kate’s every move, and this situation gives them an opportunity to make things up to their new bestie. The latest anti-Meghan invective alleges that Meghan is interfering with Harry’s loyalty to his family. Specifically, she apparently stands accused of preventing him from upholding his royal duties. Yes, we’ve already been told that Meghan and Kate’s feud is affecting Harry and William’s relationship , now Meg is apparently standing between Harry and the country he holds so dear (insert a million eye-roll emojis). And what indication do we have of this subtle act of treason? Well, it turns out pregnant Meg doesn’t feel like getting drunk with the press. As is customary, numerous reporters and photographers followed Meg and Harry on their recent tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Tonga.
