Lil Wayne and his entourage reportedly got into a fight with Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant at club Liv on South Beach in Miami. Bryant was detained by police but not arrested. According to reports the fight was over a debt Bryant had to a firm that was linked to Lil Wayne’s Young Money Records. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports: According to a source, the firm, which works with athletes and entertainers to help them purchase luxury items such as cars, yachts and vacation homes, is linked to Lil Wayne and his record label Young Money Entertainment. Wayne and Young Money President Mack Maine and Cash Money Entertainment CEO Brian “Baby” Williams and their entourage were present and involved in the fracas with Bryant, the source said. Over the weekend Monica, who’s readying her next album New Life , tweeted out some pictures of herself and buddy Brandy in the studio together along with producer Rico Love (Beyoncé, Usher, Mary J. Blige). “We have Both Been Blessed Beyond Measure,” Monica writes in the tweet. “14 years later. A trip to the hospital turned into a nightmare for a Connecticut woman who was allegedly raped by a paramedic in the back of an ambulance. Mark Powell, 49, turned himself in this week and was charged with sexual assault and unlawful restraint, police said Friday. He worked for American Medical Response as a part-time paramedic since 2006, and full-time since September, according to the New Haven Register. The 22-year-old woman, who has not been identified, was strapped to a stretcher after suffering a head injury at a party on Christmas Day in Hamden. She woke up in the ambulance to find herself being sexually assaulted, police said. “Our society places the greatest level of trust and confidence in its public safety providers, and the circumstances in this case reflect a tremendous breach of that faith,” Hamden Police Chief Thomas J. Wydra told the Associated Press. A driver was also in the ambulance at the time of the alleged assault, cops said. In a statement, American Medical Response said Powell has been placed on unpaid administrative leave. Powell has also served as a volunteer firefighter in the area since 1982, according to the New Haven Register. This is just horrible. Elin Nordegren , the former wife of Tiger Woods, bought an INSANE mansion in North Palm Beach, Fla., for $12.3 million last year. That piece is now straight up bulldozed. She is building a new palace on the lot as we speak. Elin is living in the San Remo condominiums, an oceanfront development in nearby Juno Beach, while her new home is being built, according to local officials. Palm Beach County issued the demolition permit for the 17,000-SF, circa 1932 property on December 16 and it is active until June 17, official records show . The 77-acre development is among the top five most exclusive communities in Palm Beach County, according to real estate agents with knowledge of the area. A listing for a house on the same street as Elin Nordegren has an asking price of $18.9 million. One can only imagine what her new home is going to be worth. Sarah Burge, a British woman known as “Human Barbie” because she has undergone so many plastic surgery procedures, presented her seven-year old daughter with a $10,000 voucher for liposuction as a Christmas present this year. Yes. Seven-year old daughter. Voucher. Liposuction. She defended the decision to The Daily Mail this week, saying “there’s nothing wrong” with that as a stocking stuffer because daughter Poppy asks “for surgery all the time.” That’s great and all. But she probably asks for cupcakes for dinner all the time, too.
