Source: CHRISsadowski / Getty Texas Mother Locked Up For Killing 3-Year-Old Son In A Game Of “Chicken” According to NY Daily News , a Texas mom allegedly played a game of chicken with her three kids and accidentally ran over & killed her 3-year-old son. Lexus Stagg was charged with criminally negligent homicide after her “3-year-old child ran behind her vehicle as she backed out of her parking spot,” on June 11th. Surveillance video from a nearby apartment complex allegedly shows Stagg getting into her SUV before driving in reverse. As her three kids began running after her, she slowly drove the SUV forward. While two kids evaded the vehicle, the 3-year-old got stuck beneath a tire. A neighbor of Stagg, expressed his grief over the death of the little boy, but made it clear that Stagg was not a great mother. The neighbor recalls: “I felt bad because those parents, they were never there, they were kind of negligent..The kids were always out here without supervision.” Two of Stagg’s older children have been placed with relatives while Stagg was arrested and faces a prison term of up to 10 years, if found guilty.

As we reported earlier this week, Scott Disick was hospitalized last month following an emotional breakdown that left friends so concerned about his welfare that they contacted authorities. Disick was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, but released less than three days later after demonstrating that he did not present a threat to himself or others. As a result of Disick’s heavy drinking and recent downward spiral, it was widely assumed that his self-destructive lifestyle had finally caught up to the 34-year-old father of three. Now, however, sources close the Lord are revealing that the situation is more complex than it initially seemed. Sources close to Scott tell Radar Online that Disick’s hospitalization was tied to his drinking , but in an indirect fashion. It seems Scott has been struggling with an unspecified health issue for the past ten years, and his frequent drunkenness led him to stop taking his medications at some point over the past few months. “Scott started using drugs and alcohol as a way to escape from his problems,” one insider tells Radar. “However, the more he continued to drink, the worse his other problem became.” The nature of that “other problem” remains a mystery, but apparently, it was the basis for Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner’s claim that Scott needed to be hospitalized for his own safety. Yes, it was Scott’s ex-girlfriend and his former mother in law who requested the psychiatric hold, a reminder that while he’s burned just about every conceivable ridge, the Kardashians are standing by Disick. just as they supported Lamar Odom during his recent troubles. “Kourtney and Kris had to sign off on Scott getting 5150’d on August 18 because they are the closest thing to a family that Scott has,” says the insider. Apparently, Kourtney and Kris were quick to recognize Scott’s symptoms, and they contacted the police as a precaution. Fortunately, when the time came to enter treatment, Disick reportedly went without a fight. “Kourtney and Scott know that the incident was caused by him not taking medications that he is prescribed,” says the source. “Scott was compliant with the hospital doctor’s orders and was released.” While there are reports that Disick is still drinking , his condition has reportedly stabilized. It may be a while before we find out the details of Scott’s hospitalization, but sources say Disick’s struggles will be featured on the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians . The leading man of any season of The Bachelor is supposed to be the season’s protagonist, of sorts. You might root for a hopeful contestant, but by doing so, you’re rooting for the Bachelor himself, too. But what are viewers supposed to think when they find out that this next season’s leading man was, until very recently, dating one of the franchise’s most infamous villains? Because Arie Luyendyk Jr. is the next Bachelor … and until very recently, he was dating Courtney Robertson . Oh, and Courtney has shared exactly what he’s like in bed. So, Courtney Robertson won her season of The Bachelor . This was season 16, way back in 2012 — the year where some people thought that the world might end but, unlike 2017, it didn’t actually look or feel like we might all get wiped out in a combination of intense natural disasters and some sort of nuclear onslaught at any given moment. Courtney went onto that season, in which the leading man was Ben Flajnik, declaring that she wanted everyone to like her. (A lot of us can relate to having a pathological need to be liked — that’s not why she’s a Bachelor villain) The problem, of course, was that Courtney badmouthed just about everyone else on the show. Maybe that was just for the camera and doesn’t represent how she is in real life, but … it wasn’t a great look on her. She won, though. She did win. Obviously, Courtney Robertson and Ben Flajnik split back in the fall of 2012, but they actually stuck together for 11 months. That’s not nothing. After that, and until very recently, Courtney and Arie Luyendyk Jr. were dating off-and-on. According to Us Weekly , the off-and-on relationship that began in late 2012 between Courtney and Arie only ended a few months ago. “Courtney Robertson was still dating Arie on and off up until a few months ago,” the source revealed. That means that they spent five years doing this same dance. We’ve seen marriages that gave people less time together. “Arie still races and does real estate on his off season. Courtney got him into real estate!” We love that they talk about real estate like it’s a hobby. “Courtney has been living in Arizona for a year. She¹s doing real estate in Scottsdale and pretty happy, she¹s near her family.” Courtney’s from Scottsdale, so that makes sense. “Arie is based out of Arizona but still travels/races a lot.” Apparently he likes to travel a little too much. “That was part of the problem for Courtney with Arie: he will never stay in one place.” That sounds exhausting. We hope that the ladies competing in Season 22 are prepared for such a chaotic lifestyle. “But Courtney ultimately knew that it would never work out with Arie.” In her 2014 memoir, I Didn’t Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain , Courtney Robertson also spilled some details about sex with Arie. “He brought over takeout from Postino and two bottles of Brassfield’s Eruption wine and we closed the blinds. After we ate, we sat in the backyard talking. I found out that he dated someone connected to the show a few years ago and that’s how he ended up auditioning for The Bachelorette. ” Wow, that’s specific about what he brought over. “During his casting weekend in North Carolina, my finale had aired. He and a bunch of the guys watched it and he said he knew that I was his ‘dream babe.’ He said from that moment on he had a crush on me. He was rewarded for that touching story with a makeout session that lasted for what seemed like an eternity.” Nice. “Though he is an expert at lip locking, known among fans of the show as the ‘kissing bandit,’ I was getting hot and bothered and needed more. ‘Arie, I feel like I’m in high school.I can’t just keep making out with you.’” Honestly, a lot of Bachelor Nation nicknames are super weird. But we love how direct she is about her thirst. “He was hesitant for a millisecond, but then we headed into my childhood bedroom, into my canopy bed, for what can only be described as the best sex I’ve ever had.” That’s some serious praise. Courtney’s only had sex with, like, 15 guys (and she’s gorgeous!), but still . “Why was it so good you ask? Arie’s incredibly passionate and utilizes his entire body in his lovemaking. And he knows exactly what positions make a woman feel comfortable and satisfied.” So, in summary: Arie’s really great in bed. Courtney kept coming back for more for half a decade. But he likes to move around a lot, and we don’t mean in the bedroom. That sounds exhausting or lonely, depending upon whether you envision yourself dragging yourself along with him or staying at home until he returns. Montgomery Gentry singer Troy Gentry was killed in a helicopter crash on Friday, the award-winning country act confirmed in a statement. He was just 50 years old. The band said earlier today: “It is with great sadness that we confirm that Troy Gentry, half of the popular country duo, Montgomery Gentry, was tragically killed.” Gentry perished “in a helicopter crash which took place at approximately 1:00pm today in Medford, New Jersey,” the band confirmed. The 50-year-old country star was scheduled to perform with bandmate Eddie Montgomery at the Flying W Airport and Resort in Medford. Scheduled for tonight, their concert was cancelled immediately. “Details of the crash are unknown,” the post tragically continues. “Troy Gentry’s family wishes to acknowledge all of the kind thoughts and prayers, and asks for privacy at this time.” The Courier-Post in New Jersey reported Friday that an aircraft went down at the Flying W Airport with two people on board. The Associated Press reported the pilot also died. A spokeswoman for the FAA told the Courier-Post a Schweitzer 269 “crashed in a wooded area off the end of runway 1.” The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will soon begin an investigation; TV stations tweeted pictures of the crash scene. From hits “Hillbilly Shoes” to “Headlights,” Montgomery Gentry has become one of the most identifiable duos in recent country music. The Kentucky-based duo formed in the late ’90s and has released six studio albums, becoming something of an institution in the genre. The band was nominated for a Grammy in 2008 for their tune “Lucky Man” and was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2009. On their website, Gentry said their long-running popularity is due to the “chemistry” between himself and Eddie Montgomery. “It’s a chemistry that’s worked for years,” Gentry said. “We have two separate singing styles that when they come together, they’re very identifiable. It doesn’t get old or get sterile.” “The back and forth between our vocals definitely keeps you listening,” he added, “and keeps you interested in the song.” Gentry leaves behind wife Angie and two daughters, Kaylee and Taylor. Gloria Govan and her boyfriend, former NBA point guard and coach Derek Fisher, were involved in a series car accident very early Sunday morning. According to law enforcement officials, the Basketball Wives star and her long-time boyfriend managed to avoid injury despite the severe nature of the accident. The California Highway Patrol has issued a press release that states Fisher was driving northbound on the 101 freeway through Sherman Oaks, California when he veered to the right and on to the paved right shoulder of the road. The car he was driving (a 2015 Cadillac) then proceeded across the right shoulder, colliding with the raised concrete curb and guardrail and flipping over. Still, as previously mentioned, the CHP says there was “no injuries noted or claimed” at the time of the crash. It took place at approximately 3 a.m. Officials say that Fisher and the VH1 star were assisted out of the vehicle, at which time a DUI evaluation was conducted. “During the collision investigation, it was discovered that Party #1 [Fisher] had been drinking,” police say on the record, adding: “A DUI evaluation was conducted and Party #1 was subsequently arrested for DUI without incident.” It was also noted in this report that Fisher was taken into custody without incident. The stars have been a romantic item for over a year now. Back in October of 2015, Fisher and NBA player Matt Barnes got into an intense brawl after the latter discovered that his ex-teammate was having sexual intercourse with his ex-wife. Indeed, Barnes and Govan got married in August of 2013 and filed for divorce about two years later. Fisher, meanwhile, played in the NBA for 20 years, 13 of which were with the Los Angeles Lakers. The season after he retired, Fisher was hired to be the head coach of the New York Knicks, compiling a terrible 17-65 record in his first season. He was subsequently fired in February of 2016 and has been working as an analyst for TNT and doing basketball coverage for Spectrum SportsNet over the past several months.
