He makes this claim in a video obtained by Radar Online … in which Rogers himself is snorting a white powder his friend says is heroin. Good times. The video shows a shirtless Rogers talking to his friend Tiffany about Jenelle Evans’ drug use, which he’s hinted at in the past. “That’s why she had a miscarriage,” Courtland says on the tape, adding that he tried to Teen Mom 2 star away from drugs while she was pregnant. “I’m telling Jenelle, you can’t be doing this s–t,” he claims. “It’s going to kill our baby.” If that’s a false accusation, it’s pretty messed up. With Jenelle, however, you can never be sure; MTV considers her to be a liability for a reason. Heroin or not, things took a turn for the worse – for the couple and their baby. They went to Jenelle’s doctor when she was six weeks pregnant, and “the OBGYN asked her why she had opiates in her system,” Courtland claims. “It was her first trimester. I knew something bad was going to happen.” Regardless of whether he’s telling the truth, Jenelle Evans’ miscarriage was confirmed January 24. NBC Reports: Arab-American groups have sharply criticized a Coca-Cola Super Bowl ad depicting an Arab walking through the desert with a camel, and one group said it would ask the beverage giant to change it before CBS airs the game on Sunday before an expected audience of more than 100 million U.S. viewers. “Why is it that Arabs are always shown as either oil-rich sheiks, terrorists, or belly dancers?” said Warren David, president of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, or ADC. Coca-Cola released an online teaser of the commercial last week, showing the Arab walking through a desert. He soon sees cowboys, Las Vegas showgirls and a motley crew fashioned after the marauders of the apocalyptic “Mad Max” film race by him to reach a gigantic bottle of Coke. In its ad, Coke asks viewers to vote online on which characters should win the race. The online site does not allow a vote for the Arab character. “The Coke commercial for the Super Ball is racist, portraying Arabs as backward and foolish Camel Jockeys, and they have no chance to win in the world,” Imam Ali Siddiqui, president of the Muslim Institute for Interfaith Studies, said in an email. “What message is Coke sending with this?” asked Abed Ayoub, ADC’s director of legal and policy affairs. “By not including the Arab in the race, it is clear that the Arab is held to a different standard when compared to the other characters in the commercial,” he said. CBS declined comment. Coca-Cola spokeswoman Lauren Thompson said Coke took a “cinematic” approach with the ad, employing the characters as a nod to movies of the past. “Coca-Cola is an inclusive brand enjoyed by all demographics,” she said in an email. “We illustrate our core values, from fun and refreshment to happiness, inspiration and optimism across all of our marketing communications.” Ayoub said ADC intended to contact Coke and CBS Corp on Thursday to “hopefully start a dialog.” “I want to know why this happened and how can we fix this if possible before Sunday,” he said. The ADC garnered attention back in 1992 when it complained that lyrics in the Walt Disney animated film “Aladdin” were racist. Ronald Goodstein, professor at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, said he was surprised by the image as well. “If Coke’s vision is to be an arm’s distance away from every customer, why would they want to offend the Arab world?” said Goodstein. Ayoub said the commercial could harm Coke’s business with the Arab community. “Coke should understand and respect their consumers and have a better understanding of the market they are sharing,” he Ayoub. The company has a large market share in the Middle East and North Africa, he noted, and many convenience stores and other retail outlets in the United States that offer Coke are owned by Arab-Americans. According to authorities, Dennis Robinson’s wife called police after he failed to pick her up from work in Plainville, Conn. She called Robinson, 28, several times but he continued to give her excuses for not showing up, police said. Four hours later, Robinson’s wife finally got a ride home and called police to report her husband and her two children missing. Officers spotted Robinson’s 2002 Dodge Durango and tried to stop him. According to police he briefly tried to flee, but officers stopped him on Harwinton Road. Another man in the car told police the two drove to Waterbury, Conn., and bought crack cocaine with the kids in the back seat. The pair smoked the crack in the car, according to police. Man, some people should really never ever ever ever ever…EVER have children!!!!

King County prosecutors contend Sharee N. Seminole attacked her newborn baby’s father following an argument at their Seattle home on Jan. 6. Seminole, 25, is also alleged to have bitten a firefighter and threatened to kill a police officer while fighting them – with her infant daughter still attached to her – during her arrest. At 5:40 p.m. the day of her arrest, Seminole and the man were standing near the intersection of 25th Avenue South and South Jackson Street when Seminole yelled at her boyfriend. The couple’s 2-week-old baby was in a carrier strapped to Seminole at the time. Here’s the play-by-play of the fade. Weighing in at 270 pounds, Seminole was able to throw her boyfriend to the ground, a Seattle detective told the court, recounting witness statements. Several residents witnessed the incident. Seminole then began kicking the man in the chest, Senior Deputy Prosecutor Stephanie F. Guthrie told the court. Seminole, the prosecutor went on, “continued to scream at the victim and then began stomping on his face.” The defendant stomped on the man’s face at least eight times, knocking him out while seriously injuring his face, Guthrie alleged. Confronted by a witness, Seminole asked “You know how many times he’s kicked me?” before breaking off her attack, the detective said in court documents. Seminole left the scene before police arrived. According to charging documents, she was arrested after leaving a nearby convenience store, where she’d bought a bag of Funyuns. LMFAO! What the hell does Funyuns have to do with ANYTHING?! This girthy heffa wasn’t done there though, her reign of terror continued when the cops showed up. Writing the court, the detective said Seminole was belligerent when confronted by officers. Her speech slurred, Seminole refused to cooperate with police and struggled with officers even though her newborn daughter was still strapped to her chest. “Two officers started to escort her to a patrol car but she immediately stiffened and grabbed the baby carrier,” the detective told the court. “Fearing for the safety of the baby, officers tried to free the baby but Seminole put up a huge fight.” Seminole then bit a firefighter and attempted to kick another during the arrest, the detective continued. Later, after being placed in a holding cell, Seminole is alleged to have mouthed “I’m gonna kill you” to a police officer. Isn’t the kush legal in Seattle now? He was stationed in South Carolina when his wife signed their unborn daughter over to a family of seven in Utah…SMH. According to The Daily Mail , the couple was having marital problems before 31-year-old drill instructor Terry Achane left his then pregnant wife for his new position. His daughter, whom he wanted to name Teleah, was given to Jared and Kristi Frei; and they’re fighting a judges order so they can keep ‘their’ daughter. Terry Achane says that he and his wife, Tira Bland, were having marital problems not long after learning she was pregnant in 2010, leading to her decision and his now spiraling struggle today despite a judge ordering the girl returned to him last October. The now ex-husband says Ms. Bland had suggested having an abortion or giving their child up for adoption – fearing she would end up as a single mother – but he said no, encouraging their daughter’s birth. It was just months later in February of 2011 that Mr. Achane found himself sent to Fort Jackson in South Carolina for work, believing he’d leave and come back a new dad. Ten days after his move, however, his wife gave birth to a premature baby and signed away their child before cutting all contact with her husband. Sent to live with Jared and Kristi Frei, who had spent the last few years struggling to naturally expand their family of five children, the baby found herself in the city of Spanish Fork. We knew that we were not done having children, but after years of sudden infertility and several miscarriages … we discovered somewhere down the line that Kristi had advanced endometriosis, and would not likely conceive or carry another child again,’ the Frei family write of their struggle in a blog aimed at raising money for their court battle. Turning to adoption, in early 2009 the Frei family grew their family by one more with a baby boy named James. Desiring to add one more child – ‘a close, similar sibling’ for James as they write – they found Mr. Achane’s daughter, whom they named Leah. ‘Since that eventful day, we have, as a family, come to know that this dream was a righteous desire blessed to fruition by God, and that Leah would be that child – and yet, little did we know the challenges and trials that awaited us in finding and fighting for this little girl,’ they write. The adoption agency, Adoption Center of Choice told the new family that Mr. Achane wasn’t aware of his daughter’s placement with them and he would most likely contest it if he had found out. The Tribune reports that Ms. Bland had given the adoption agency Mr. Achene’s former address in Texas for contact, knowing full well at the time that he was not living there. Kept in the dark throughout this with months of being unable to reach his wife, Mr. Achane asked a friend to visit her home in Texas who reported that the house appeared vacant. Feverishly calling anyone who may know where his wife could be, while fearing she may have carried out the abortion she once threatened to do, he learned from a family doctor that his wife was no longer pregnant but they could not legally disclose what had happened to the baby. An ounce of relief only came to the horrified man when his wife finally called him in June, telling him she had signed away their baby to the Frei family. ‘I believe she felt guilty at that point because she just made a call out of the blue,’ he said of his ex-wife’s phone call. Once he learned of his daughter’s fate, he immediately tried to track his little girl down but upon contact with the adoption center they refused to disclose any information on her whereabouts. The agency told the court in October that it was standard procedure to not share any information with a father of a potential adoptive child when asked. I am not a very religious person,’ Mr. Achane has since told the Tribune, ‘but thou shalt not steal.’ Speaking of the drawn out legal battle, he said: ‘If they prolong it, that is more time away from my daughter. There are precious moments I can’t get back. … It has been a year and a half now. There is no court order saying they have the right to my child. I just won the case. I want to get my daughter and raise my daughter,’ he said. Judge Darold McDade berated the Adoption Center of Choice’s handling as ‘utterly indefensible.’ ‘Once Mr. Achane contacted the Adoption Center of Choice … to let them know he opposed the adoption and wanted his daughter back, that should have been the end of this case,’ said Mr. McDade. ‘This is a case of human trafficking,’ Mr. Achane’s attorney Mark Wiser told the Tribune. ‘Children are being bought and sold. It is one thing what [adoption agencies] have been doing with unmarried biological fathers. It is in a new area when they are trying to take a child away from a married father who wants to have his child.’ When an attorney for the Frei family contacted Mr. Achane, asking him to consent to the adoption, he said no and demanded his little girl returned to him – to the Frei family’s complete surprise. ‘Over the last 19 months, despite the law requiring that a father show interest in his child and at least attempt regular communication to establish a bond, the father has never shown any interest in Leah other than to hire an attorney,’ the family writes in their blog. Despite the judge’s order to return the child within 60 days, the family now asks that his parental rights granting him custody of her be terminated. They accuse him of abandoning both the mother and baby during her pregnancy and therefore demonstrating no capability for raising the girl. Not going down without a fight, the Freis vow to appeal the judge’s decision, asking friends and family to support their case financially through their blog. They note having paid for ‘two already expensive adoptions (each costing around $25,000),’ with a continuing fight only requiring more money. Their online petition has since raised more than $20,000. A hearing has been set for January 16th of next year on the child’s transition back to her father. We know plenty of good fathers out there that get a bad rap. Father Threatens Teenagers At Daughter’s School Michael Canaii, an overprotective dad was so hellbent on setting his daughter straight that he showed up at her Midtown high school yesterday morning swinging a heavy chain with a padlock and demanding to speak to the principal. Via NY Post : “Who’s f–king my daughter?” 35-year-old Michael Canaii barked at the HS of Graphic Communication Arts on West 49th Street, according to a school source. “He was yelling and complaining that his daughter was smoking weed and not listening to him, and he wanted the school to do something about that,” said a law-enforcement source. The hulking Canaii, who was wearing all black, also insisted on talking to his daughter when he first showed up at the school at about 9 a.m. “A man was outside with a chain. He was saying, ‘Where is my daughter?’ ” said a student. “He was swinging the chain saying, ‘I’m going to f–k you all up.’ One guy said something sly, and he took off after the guy and ran into the school.” Inside, he threatened to fight anyone in his path, the school source said. Security cleared the lobby and students were blocked from entering, the source said. But his only crime — besides alleged criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and pot possession — was caring too much. “[He] asked two students to take their stuff off and fight him in the lobby. He also asked security agents and a dean to ‘fight’ him as he was swinging a big chain around yelling, ‘No one is going to touch me,’ ” said the source. “He’s a decent father,” said Canaii’s aunt, Sondra Williams, adding that the teen lives with her mother. I mean we all do it but for some reason I get that duty a little bit more. I am not scared of it. I go in, I put the gloves on,” he explained. “Real men change diapers!” added guest host Velez-Mitchell with a sympathetic giggle. Later in the interview, the comedian and rapper broached the touchy subject of his wife’s reported feud with reality co-host, Nicki Minaj. “I think it was what it was. A lot of theatrics and stuff,” said Nick. “I guess I was a little disappointed in the producers because that’s not what American Idol is about. I felt like they fed off of it a little bit. Couple Accused Of Starving Adopted Son And Only Giving Him Liquids Today in aint isht parents news… via Fox News A Minnesota couple are accused of starving their 8-year-old adopted son, feeding him only liquid and putting an alarm on his door so he would not steal food, according to criminal charges that say the boy was so malnourished his bones protruded and he weighed as much as a child half his age. Mona Hauer and Russell Hauer of North Mankato each are charged with six felonies, including neglect and malicious punishment of a child. In addition to starving the boy, authorities said, they beat him with a broom handle and made him sleep in a sled in the basement because he wet the bed. Hopefully these scumbags get what’s coming to them and this poor child finds a better home.

According to The Daily Mail : A Florida couple banished their six-year-old to a porch — where he was made to sleep for at least three days — ‘as punishment for stealing and eating too much,’ according to police. John Haley, 47, and his wife, Stephanie Haley, 41, were charged with felony child neglect Sunday after the shivering boy knocked on a neighbor’s door at 2 a.m. He told the neighbor he had been locked out of the house and forced to sleep on the porch, sheriff’s spokesman Gary Davidson told the Daytona Beach News-Journal. The neighbor gave the boy a blanket and potato chips and called for help. Temperatures dipped into the 50s on the nights that the child was forced to sleep outside. ‘When deputies arrived at the scene, the boy told them that he had been forced to sleep on the back porch for three days,’ Davidson told the newspaper. ‘He also said that he’s fed rice for lunch and dinner every day, and when there’s no rice, he’s given lettuce to eat.’ When he’s not on the porch, he’s often locked in the garage and only allowed inside when he needs to use the bathroom, the boy said. Authorities knocked on the Haley’s door after talking to their son and asked them if they knew where he was. The couple said he was asleep in a bedroom. ‘When deputies informed them that he was at a neighbor’s house cold and hungry and complaining about being forced to sleep on the porch, John Haley initially acted shocked at the news,’ Davidson said. ‘But he later admitted that he and his wife make the boy sleep on the porch as punishment for stealing and eating too much.’ The Haley’s didn’t see anything wrong with the boy’s punishment, Davidson said. They were booked into Volusia County Branch Jail and are being held without bail. The Department of Children & Families has now taken custody of the other six children at the house — three boys and three girls, ranging in age from 1 to 15 years old. El Diablo! A Colombian couple claims they’re living in fear that they may have given birth to an Epitome of a Bad Seed . According to UK Daily Mail reports : Black magic and evil spirits have captured the soul of a new-born baby in Colombia who can apparently already walk by himself and produce fire, his own mother has claimed. Ana Feria Santos gave birth to her son last month but says her joy quickly turned to fear when she noticed that he had ‘several abnormalities’ – leading to fears in her community that he is the ‘devil in disguise’. She says the boy can already stand up and walk – quite a feat for a child of just four weeks. Much like the 1976 horror film The Omen , the mother-of-five says he frequently hides around the house, cackles in an ‘adult’ way for hours on end and has an ‘intimidating’ pair of eyes. She told the RCN Radio station: ‘He walks like an adult, sometimes going off and hiding underneath the bed, in a suitcase, in the washing machine or in the fridge.’ Her neighbors in the town of Lorica, near the Caribbean coast, also say he is possessed by a ‘malign spirit’ and that he is capable of producing fire. This, they say, is because burn marks have been found on his clothes and a sofa where he regularly sits. It has led to vigilante attacks on Santos and her taxi-driver husband Óscar Palencia López’s house, which is allegedly being pelted with stones on a nightly-basis by frightened residents. But the 28-year-old’s story has not been believed by doctors, who have now launched an investigation into the possibility that the new-born could have been abused. The Colombian Family Welfare Institute, the National Police and the Catholic Church have also all refused to assert the claims that black magic is involved. A team of psychologists, a social worker, a nutritionist and a lawyer will now look into the case, with a source saying: ‘The child shows signs of abuse. ‘Two small burns were found on the palm of the left hand and for that reason a restoration measure was adopted to [safeguard] the family environment. ‘The parents received a warning while the facts are being clarified.’ What would Sweet Brown Say about this?
