Taylor Swift Sexes Up Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Performs on Stage

Just call her an honorary angel. Taylor Swift recorded her performance this week for the 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which will air December 9 on CBS and which will give viewers a look at the artist as they’ve rarely seen her before: In lingerie! Taylor Swift at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 1. Taylor Swift on the Catwalk Sing it, Taylor Swift! Also: strut it, Taylor Swift! The artist performs here at the 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. To belt out several of her new singles – including her latest chart-topper, ” Blank Space ” – Swift donned a light-pink satin night gown and matching lace and satin robe. She completed the ensemble with maribou-trimmed high-heeled sandals. And with the jaws of men everyone dropped firmly to the ground. As seen in the photo gallery above, Taylor also wore a lacy black number that made it clear why Matt Healy wants to date the superstar. Last year, Swift performed at this same fashion show with Fall Out Boy. This year, she sang by herself while good friend Karlie Kloss strutted down the runway along her side. In case there was any doubt about whether the Victoria’s Secret Angels accept Swift on their stage, meanwhile, consider the group shot that was snapped after this week’s taping. Look who is front, center and beautiful!

Michele Bachmann Raps Macklemore’s "Thrift Shop" in Hilarious Video! Watch Now!

Pop quiz: What do Michele Bachmann and “Thrift Shop” by Macklemore have in common? If you said, they’re both punchlines from 2012 that have thankfully been forgotten…well, you’re right. But the answer we were looking for is, they’re both part of today’s most unexpectedly hilarious viral video:  Michele Bachmann: “Thrift Shop” Bachmann is leaving congress at the end of her current term, and we now know why. Clearly, she’ll be hitting the midwestern battle rap circuit a la Eminem in 8 Mile. We can see her now: Hunched over in a hoodie, swaying to an imaginary beat, rhymes about mom’s spaghetti running through her mind. Sorry, we might be thinking about how she prepped for the Republican primary debates. Anyway, regardless of your feelings on her politics, we can all agree on two things: Michele Bachmann might be the worst white rapper in the history white rap. Seriously, this woman makes Vanilla Ice look like Jay Z. It’s a good thing that she was unsuccessful in her bid for the White House. What if the word “incredible” popped up on the teleprompter during a State of the Union address and she started spittin’ about poppin’ tags?! Anyway, enjoy Michele’s attempt to take over the rap game, and join us in imagining a parallel universe in which Mrs. Bachmann is a one-hit wonder and Macklemore is in congress. We’re guessing he’d be really fun and popular at first, then with his second single term he’d get all serious and preachy, and everyone would forget about him.  21 One-Hit Wonders We Still Love 1. Right Said Fred – I’m Too Sexy Maybe you ARE too sexy for your shirt. If so, there’s a one hit wonder for that.

Michele Bachmann to Retire from Congress

Donald Trump in 2016 ? Maybe. Michele Bachmann in 2014? Definitely not. The Minnesota Congresswoman and former President candidate made it official in a video announcement this morning: she will not be seeking a fifth term in office. Michele Bachmann Retirement Speech “The law limits anyone from serving as president of the United States for more than eight years, and in my opinion, well, eight years is also long enough for an individual to serve as a representative for a specific Congressional district,” Bachmann said. The controversial conservative did not give an exact reason for her retirement – but did state that an ongoing ethics investigation into her conduct while running for The White House was NOT the basis for her decision. “It was clearly understood that compliance with all rules and regulations was an absolute necessity for my presidential campaign,” Bachmann said. “And I have no reason to believe that that was not the case.” Bachmann was elected in 2007 as the first Republican woman to represent Minnesota in Congress. She strongly opposes Obamacare .

Really? Michelle Bachmann Says The Benghazi Siege And The September 11th Attacks Were “The Hand Of Judgment From God”

Michelle Bachmann is as crazy as her husband is gay. Look up a picture of her husband and you will see what we mean. Michelle Bachmann Says Attacks Were Judgment From God According to Raw Story On Wednesday, U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) told a group of conservative lawmakers gathered for a prayer event that the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 and the siege of the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, Libya were “the hand of judgment” from God. According to Right Wing Watch, the event, held in the Capitol’s Statuary Hall, was called “Washington: A Man of Prayer.” The event began with some a cappella Christian singing and progressed with a series of conservative Christian speakers, including Bachmann, who urged lawmakers and others to join her and “birther” author Joseph Farah of World Net Daily for “9/11 Pray,” a day of repentance, prayer and fasting on September 11, 2013. “It’s no secret that our nation may very well be experiencing the hand of judgment,” said Bachmann Wednesday. “It’s no secret that we all are concerned that our nation may be in a time of decline.” She went on to say that only God could set the nation to rights. “The answer is what we are doing here today: humbling ourselves before an almighty God, crying out to an almighty God, saying not of ourselves but you, would you save us, oh God? We repent of our sins, we turn away from them, we seek you, we seek your ways,” she said. “Our nation has seen judgment not once but twice on September 11,” she said, meaning the terrorist attacks of 9/11/2001 and the 2012 attack in Benghazi. “That’s why we’re going to have ‘9/11 Pray’ on that day. Is there anything better that we can do on that day rather than to humble ourselves and to pray to an almighty God?” We think Michelle is piff-puffin on that sticky icky.

Bolitics: Rep. Louie Gohmert Comes For Barack Obama ” This Administration Has So Many Muslim Brotherhood Members That Have Influence, That They Are Making The Wrong Decisions For America”

People just won’t let this Muslim thing go! Louie Gohmert Makes Muslim Accusations Against White House According to Raw Story Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) revisited the anti-Muslim accusations lobbied by Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MI) last year in a radio interview, Think Progress reported on Saturday. “Radical Islam is at war with us,” Gohmert said in an interview on Thursday with World Net Daily radio. “Thank God for the moderates that don’t approve of what’s being done. But this administration has so many Muslim Brotherhood members that have influence that they just are making wrong decisions for America.” Attorney General Eric Holder, Gohmert said, spent more time “trying to help terrorists than trying to corral them” before assuming his current post, which he said was demonstrated by the reading of Miranda rights on Monday to Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. “It’s very clear to everybody but this administration that radical Islam is at war against us,” Gohmert said. “I’m hoping that either this administration will wake up or a new one will come in at the next election, before irreparable damage is done.” Gohmert did not cite any sources for his allegations, which resemble Bachmann’s accusations in July 2012 that Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) and Huma Abedin, a former deputy chief of staff for then-Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, had a “long record” of association with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi’s party. The two congress members were part of a group of lawmakers that sent letters to officials at the Homeland Security, Justice, State and Defense departments calling for an investigation into a “potential Muslim Brotherhood infiltration.” Later that year, however, Bachmann said the letters were only “asking questions.” The letters were quickly criticized by other Republicans like Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), who called them “specious and degrading.” But Gohmert came to Bachmann’s defense, saying McCain and other “numbnuts” like House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) should have read the letters before calling them into question. If members in your party don’t believe the Muslim allegations, then why continue to pursue it? AP

Poof, Vamoose…Beyotch: Michele Bachmann Drops Out Of The 2012 Presidential Race

Cue the violins… Rep. Michele Bachmann suspended her presidential campaign after placing sixth in Tuesday’s Iowa Republican caucuses, she announced today. “Last night, the people of Iowa spoke with a very clear voice, so I have decided to stand aside,” Bachmann said at a news conference, flanked by her parents, husband and five children. “I have no regrets, none whatsoever. We never compromised our principles and we can leave this race knowing we ran it with the utmost integrity.” Bachmann said she will continue to fight the policies of President Obama, particularly his health care legislation, calling the 2012 election “the last chance to turn our country around, before we go down the road of socialism.” She said she was motivated to stop Obama and not by a thirst for power. “Though I’m a congresswoman by title, a politician I’ve never been. … I’m not motivated by vanity, glory or the quest for power.” Bachmann had staked her candidacy on Iowa, the state in which she was born and raised. In September, campaign manager Keith Nahigian called Iowa a “must win” state. Bachmann placed last out of the six candidates competing here in Tuesday’s first-in-the-nation caucuses, receiving only 5 percent of the vote and losing in Waterloo, the town where she was born. Michele Bachmann Drops Out of Presidential Race

Republican Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann formally ended her campaign for the White House this morning, just one day after Mitt Romney’s Iowa caucus victory . “Last night, the people of Iowa spoke with a very clear voice. And I have decided to stand aside,” the GOP Congresswoman from Minnesota told reporters today. They spoke, indeed, dealing her a disappointing sixth-place finish. The Queen of Rage could not become The Queen of Votes . Despite Bachmann’s extensive tour to visit all 99 of Iowa’s counties, her August straw poll win, and the state being her place of birth, she garnered just five percent. Her communications director Alice Stewart told reporters following the news conference that conversations began last night about whether to continue the campaign. The congresswoman asked for time to “sleep on it” and “pray about it.” Stewart said she was awoken early Wednesday morning with the news that Michele was out. Bachmann has not yet discussed whether she will seek reelection to her U.S. House seat in Minnesota, Stewart said, or whether she will endorse another candidate. Also unclear if last night’s second-place finisher will reach out to her supporters with the following tagline: Rick Santorum: Conservative Like Bachmann, But Less Crazy!

Victoria Jackson Hates Muslims, Loves Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum

Former SNL cast member Victoria Jackson is never one to hide her staunchly conservative political views. Her latest rant surrounds Muslim infiltration of the U.S. Jackson, on her web talk show this week, claimed the United States is being overtaken by radical Muslims bent on bringing the nation under Sharia law. Seriously. Citing insider knowledge, she said the following: “I just went to a briefing in Washington DC, across the street from the Capitol, at the Longworth building at 8:30 am two days ago and it changed my life.” “For six hours, I saw pictures and names and dates and facts and Islamic law books and Korans, Surahs for six hours and they proved to me that the Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated our highest positions in government and this is serious.” “Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum are the only GOP candidates to acknowledge the above facts and warn against the present threat of Islamic Law replacing the U.S. Constitution. Very few people in America are informed and educated as I am.” There you have it folks. “Few people are as informed and educated” as Victoria Jackson. Perhaps she means that ironically, as in she is so ridiculously misinformed, paranoid and uneducated that few people could ever stoop to her level. Eh, probably not. She also thinks Glee makes kids gay . But we need to subscribe to her Podcast for the unintentional comedy factor alone.

Clap Back: Michele Bachman Responds To The The Roots’ Song Choice During Her Jimmy Fallon Appearance

Awww po’ thang… As we reported earlier today, Jimmy Fallon’s house band The Roots, had a very specific song that they wanted to play as GOP Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann walked out onto the stage last night. GOP presidential candidate Michele Bachmann is lashing out at NBC for not apologizing or taking immediate disciplinary action for an off-color song played during her appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s “Late Night.” (Msnbc.com is a joint venture of Microsoft and NBC Universal.) Bachmann said Wednesday on the Fox News Channel that the Fallon show band displayed sexism and bias by playing a snippet of a 1985 Fishbone song. The title of the song is “Lyin’ Ass B—-.” Fallon has tweeted an apology to Bachmann for “the intro mess” during her appearance earlier in the week. But Bachmann expressed surprise that the TV network hasn’t apologized or disciplined the show’s Roots band. “This is clearly a form of bias on the part of the Hollywood entertainment elite,” Bachmann said. She added, “This wouldn’t be tolerated if this was Michelle Obama. It shouldn’t be tolerated if it’s a conservative woman either.” Whoa dere…first things first, just because your name is “Michele” doesn’t mean that you are ANYTHING like Michelle Obama! Furthermore, there are MANY reported discrepancies in the the stories you’ve have told about receiving gov’t funds for businesses that you own or benefit from. Let’s be clear… Not for nothin’, but Bachmann shouldn’t feel too bad, The Roots have done this same thing a several people. The Roots frequently make sly, often obscure, song choices as Fallon’s guests are introduced. When Fox Business Network’s Lou Dobbs came out, they played part of Genesis’ “Illegal Alien,” a reference to Dobbs’ frequent commentaries on the topic. Current TV host Keith Olbermann, formerly of MSNBC, heard part of Klymaxx’s “I Miss You.” Kathie Lee Gifford was saluted with UB40′s “Red Red Wine,” a reference to the drink she often shares on-air with “Today” co-host Hoda Kotb.
