You tell her you cheated on her, you want her to forgive you, tell her to get over it.” Charlamagne Tha God even dished on his past life as a Black man who’s cheated, explaining that he hasn’t been with a woman outside of his wife in about three years — to which Lala replied: “Women are not given the same flexibility as a man. If you hear that a woman is married and that she slept around, all of a sudden, she’s a hoe, she’s a thot, etc. When a man does it’s like ‘it’s to be expected.’” The author/actress went on to dish about her steamy Power sex scenes, her hubby Carmelo Anthony’ s NBA career and much more. During the candid conversation with Rob Markman, Kim looked back on her decades-long career, discussed working with the City Girls , and shared her thoughts on Jermaine Dupri’s controversial comments regarding today’s women rappers. Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb opened this morning’s new installment of The Today Show with their reactions to a scandal that is both personal and professional: A newly-reported rape accusation against Matt Lauer. As previously detailed, a former NBC staffer named Brooke Nevils told Ronan Farrow for the reporter’s latest book that Lauer sexually assaulted her in a Sochi hotel room during that city’s 2014 Olympic Games. According to Nevils, the ex-Today co-host (who was fired in November 2017 for sexual misconduct ) pushed her down on a bed and asked if she liked anal sex. Nevils then claims she said no , but Lauer ignored her declaration, didn’t use lubricant and raped hre from behind. “It was nonconsensual in the sense that I was too drunk to consent,” Nevils tells Farrow in his book. “It was nonconsensual in that I said, multiple times, that I didn’t want to have anal sex.” She said she “bled for days” as a result of the incident. During the first hour of Wednesday’s edition of Today, Guthrie and Kotb responded to this allegation while sitting side-by-side, the latter in the chair formerly occupied by Lauer. “I feel like we owe it to our viewers to pause for a moment,” Guthrie said. “You know, this is shocking and appalling, and I honestly don’t even know what to say about it. I want to say that we — I know it wasn’t easy for our colleague Brooke [Nevils] to come forward then. It’s not easy now. “And we support her and any women who come forward with claims. It’s just very painful for all of us at NBC and who are at the Today show. It’s very, very, very difficult.” As it turns out, Nevils was the one who issued the complaint in 2017 that prompted Lauer’s firing. Her name was kept secret at the time, however. Shortly after Lauer was let go, a different accusation of rape was leveled against the disgraced star. Kotb, for her part, looked back at Lauer’s 2017 firing, which took place following an official complaint of inappropriate sexual behavior. “I’m looking at you, and I’m having a weird moment that we were sitting here just like this two years ago, and truth be told, Savannah and I did a little prayer upstairs just before just to sort of sort out what we were going to do,” she said. Continued Kotb this morning: “I think it’s like you feel like you’ve known someone for 12 years, and I don’t know if you guys have ever felt like that: You know someone, you know them, you feel like you know them inside and out. “And then, all of a sudden, like, a door opens up, and it’s a part of them you didn’t know. And we don’t know all the facts in all of this, but there are not allegations of an affair. There are allegations of a crime. I think that’s shocking to all of us here who’ve sat with Matt for many, many years. So, I think we’re going to just sort of continue to process this part of this horrific story. “And, as you said, you know, our thoughts are with Brooke. It’s not easy what she did to come forward. It’s not easy at all.” Guthrie concluded by saying “we’re disturbed to our core” and pledged to keep viewers informed of any new developments. Lauer, for his part, broke a lengthy silence in order to respond to this rape allegation. “I had an extramarital affair with Brooke Nevils in 2014,” he said, citing the night in question and stating: “We performed oral sex on each other, we had vaginal sex, and we had anal sex. Each act was mutual and completely consensual.” Lauer later said in his statement: “I have never assaulted anyone or forced anyone to have sex. Period.” NBC News, meanwhile, told Variety the following on Wednesday: “Matt Lauer’s conduct was appalling, horrific and reprehensible, as we said at the time.That’s why he was fired within 24 hours of us first learning of the complaint. OG called her out on a lot of things and Evelyn did not say much to a lot of what was thrown at her, but she’s not letting OG play with her money. Bush Friendship Over the weekend, photos of beloved daytime TV host Ellen DeGeneres sitting next to former president George W. Bush at the Dallas Cowboys game were circulating on social media and causing all sorts of confusion. George W. Bush previously called for making gay marriage unconstitutional in 2004, saying, “the union of a man and a woman is the most enduring human institution, honored and encouraged in all cultures and by every religious faith.” On Tuesday, once DeGeneres returned to her day job, she posted a video explaining her thoughts on all the backlash and gave an explanation for what led her to this situation. Ellen revealed that she and her wife Portia de Rossi were invited to the game by the daughter of Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Charlotte Jones. “People were upset, they thought why is a gay Hollywood liberal sitting next to a conservative Republican president,” the host began. “Here’s the thing, I’m friends with George Bush, in fact I’m friends with a lot of people who don’t share the same beliefs that I have. We’re all different and I think we’ve forgotten that that’s OK that we’re all different. For instance, I wish people wouldn’t wear fur. I don’t like it, but I’m friends with people who wear fur. I’m friends with people who are furry, as a matter of a fact. Just because I don’t agree with someone on everything doesn’t mean that I’m not going to be friends with them. When I say be kind to one another I don’t mean only the people that think the same way that you do, I mean be kind to everyone. Doesn’t matter.” For a lot of people, this explanation still wasn’t satisfactory, pointing out plenty of other problematic policies implemented by Bush during his presidency. Very sad news today out of the reality television universe: Cassandra Waldon, a memorable CBS personality who became the first-ever Big Brother contestant to enter the house on the U.S. version of this program, has been killed. She was 56 years old. According to TMZ, the outlet that broke this sad piece of news, Waldon passed away on September 25 from injuries related to a car accident in Rome. A source at the United Nations — where Cassandra worked — tells the celebrity gossip website that the ex-reality star struck by a vehicle about two months ago, suffering a head injury in the process. Tragically, she never regained consciousness before her death. The standout former Big Brother contestant is now being remembered and mourned by those who knew who well. And those who remember her run way back in the day. Host Julie Chen, for instance, wrote the following on Instagram: “Thank you for bringing your intelligence, warmth and wisdom to the Big Brother house Season 1.” In the end, Weldon finished sixth out of 10 houseguests. In the history of the U.S. version of Big Brother, no contestant who entered the home first has ever come out on top. The same actually holds true for the Canadian version. Prior to her passing, Weldon worked at the UN as its Director of Communications for the International Fund for Agricultural Development. She was living and working in Rome when the crash took place. Fans of Big Brother are also speaking out on social media about this tragedy. “Sad news, Cassandra Waldon of Big Brother 1 passed away last month,” one fan wrote, adding: “She worked at the U.N. at the time she was on the show, and was well-liked by her roomies and viewers alike.” Added another: “Such a shame… She was my favorite contestant on season one. She was so thoughtful and smart.” Added Chen in her tribute: “Your light will continue to shine in this world because of the way you lived your life: with class and grace… You are in my thoughts and in my prayers. 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way fans have a lot of opinions about the possibilty of Evelin Villegas and Corey Rathgeber getting back together . It turns out that they may not have to worry about that — but about someone else snatching him up. Corey was spotted with Larissa Lima, who openly expressed interest. And now Evelin is trying to warn her away. Late Wednesday night, Larissa Lima shared a selfie after she ran into Corey Rathgeber. Though both 90 Day Fiance stars, the two were on different seasons and have very different reputations. But, surely they both just happened to be in Vegas at the same time, right? After all, Corey has shared other photos, particularly snaps of him with beloved 90 Day Fiance stars David and Annie. But, as you’ll soon see, this simple selfie may be much more significant. So, on Thursday, Evelin went off in her Instagram Stories, addressing both fan complaints about her and her thoughts on Corey himself. “All [Corey] give me lately is disappointment,” Evelin writes. She continues, saying that he is “clearly in a ridiculous desperate need for fame and recognition.” Evelin points out: “There’s only one more minute of your ‘fame.'” She concludes that post by admonishing him: “Stop being a loser.” One fan commented on the selfie of Larissa and Corey that the pair make a cute couple, and Larissa wrote: “I agree.” This clearly set off Evelin. “I love you Larissa,” she begins. “But Corey is way too boring and needy for anybody.” “And he doesn’t have money,” Evelin warns, clearly thinking of Larissa’s reputation as a gold digger. She then suggests that much about Corey “is all an illusion.” So, a quick recap: Corey and Evelin broke up after Corey saw a video of Evelin cheating . Producers prepared him, had him sign a mental health waiver, and showed him a video that upset him a great deal. According to a leaker, he broke down crying and then spoke to a therapist that TLC had waiting for him backstage. Days later, he blocked Evelin on Instagram, much to her frustration. Recently, he unblocked her and the two refollowed each other. Now, days later, it appears that they didn’t go much further than that in patching things up. Meanwhile, Larissa broke up with her ex, Eric Nichols, less than a month ago. Yes, Larissa said she’s so tired of men taking advantage of her. But it’s been a few weeks since then. Some people really, truly do not like to be single, and there’s more to that than just general horniness. It’s possible that Larissa is one such person. It took about this much time after her scary, violent breakup with Colt for her to join Tinder. We don’t know that she or Corey are each other’s types, but … you never know. And Larissa sounds interested. Obviously, some viewers have taken an intense, even excessive dislike to Evelin Villegas. One should remember that these shows are heavily edited. Editing won’t put words in your mouth, but they can show only the negative if they want. Also, some of the things said to and about Evelin were hateful, ignorant, and even racist. Some, particularly certain older female fans who would just love to get their hands on Corey for themselves, want him to stay broken up with Evelin. Everybody’s entitled to their opinions, but … how do these fans feel about Corey maybe hooking up with Larissa? Eddie Murphy is ready to drop his latest film, Dolemite Is My Name based on the life of the legendary Rudy Ray Moore around the creation of the iconic Dolemite character. The cult classic is bad in fantastic ways. Missed karate kicks, boom mics in the shot, ropes, and wires from rigged sets all in the view of the eye of the camera. It’s fantastic. Dolemite Is My Name stars Eddie Murphy, Wesley Snipes, Mike Epps, Snoop Dogg and more. It’s directed by Craig Brewer who will also direct the Coming To America sequel which is being filmed now. Eddie discovered the Dolemite movie at a young age after his brother Charlie Murphy told him he needed to go to the theater to see the raunchy film, “You gotta go see Dolemite, this shit is crazy.” Eddie goes on to explain how this theater works, “There was a movie theater in Rosevelt, Long Island where they just let you in. That’s the first place I’ve seen a grown person’s titties. It was Pam Grier in Coffey. I might have been 13 or 14. They didn’t even say are your parents here. Still, Kanye West is all about that “love thy neighbor” life these days and decided to throw one of his signature Sunday Service sermons at the Buffalo Bill Center of The West and invited his new neighbors to bare witness to the hottest ticket in town. Needless to say people showed up in droves to turn up and take in the gospel of Yeezus in all it’s musical glory. According to TMZ some 700+ people attended the Sunday gathering at BBCW’s Powwow Garden where aside from the typical Kanye inspired tunes the crowd rocked out to renditions of classic Nirvana songs “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” and “Come As You Are” amongst other joints. Amber Portwood has done some terrible things, and that's just a fact. We've seen her abuse Gary Shirley, and we've seen her neglect her daughter, Leah, when she was younger. We've certainly seen the toxic mess that was her relationship with Matt Baier. But now that she's currently in the middle of both a criminal case and a custody case stemming from her alleged assault of Andrew Glennon in July, even more things are coming out about her. And it's really, truly not looking good for her. 1. Such a Mess It seems like every single day, the situation with Amber Portwood gets worse. 2. Well … And honestly, that’s because it kind of does. 3. Goodness Gracious It’s been two months now since The Incident, and more and more details are coming out, and she keeps getting more and more open about her thoughts and feelings about everything, and it’s just not great for anyone. 4. The Incident So just in case you forgot, Amber was arrested on the morning of July 5th after assaulting boyfriend Andrew Glennon and allegedly chasing him with a machete while he was holding their son, James. 5. Naturally According to Andrew’s story, she was upset because they weren’t able to go see fireworks the day before, and she’d been raging for hours about it. 6. Yikes She beat him with a shoe, which she admitted to doing, and police have photos of bruises and scratches from that, and he even claimed that she attempted suicide by taking a handful of pills that she later threw up after he threatened to call the police.
