According to TMZ , Kintea McKenzie , Anthony Ellison and Denard Butler have indicted in crimes that all share a connection to Tekashi69. Reportedly, McKenzie, who also goes by Kooda B, was indicted soon after Tekashi spoke to investigators, and he was tagged as the shooter in the incident that occurred in Times Square last June. No one was injured, but afterwards footage was revealed of Tekashi essentially putting a $30K bounty on Chief Keef’s cousin, Tadoe . However, according to the authorities, McKenzie was paid $10K to shoot Sosa, but fortunately for the Chicago rapper he missed. McKenzie is still on the lam. Currently, Ellison is in custody for allegedly kidnapping Tekashi (seriously, back in July 2018 ) while Butler got picked up by ATF just today (Jan. 30). Tekashi has been in the clink since November and is facing federal racketeering charges. Source: WENN / WENN A K-9 for the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in Florida is still recovering after overdosing on Ecstacy while sniffing for Narcotics on a cruise. Sheriff’s Office spokesman, Tod Goodyear, told reporters , “(The dog) started having some problems with balance and had some type of seizure incident of some sort, was showing effects of having inhaled some substance. They administered the Narcan and got (the dog) to the vet as quick as they could.” Leslie Bennett was boarding the Norwegian Epic Cruise when police discovered a small bag of pills in his boxers, which tested positive for Ecstasy and amphetamine. The 33-year old was arrested on drug charges and was among a dozen passengers who were charged while trying to board the cruise. Hopefully the pup survives the incident because according to Godyear, “Narcan is generally for opiates and Ecstasy would be an amphetamine, so I don’t know if it would be of any assistance to the K-9 at all.” Fingers crossed.

To make matters worse, Wallace was a K-9 handler! You’d think he would be more compassionate to animals right? According to NY Post reports: The footage was captured when Wallace responded to a call about an aggressive dog at an apartment complex in Conway, AR, Fox 16 reported. It shows the deputy speaking with a homeowner while two small dogs run around the yard, but when Reeses starts barking, Wallace shoots the dog. The yelping from the animal is really heart-wrenching. A GoFundMe page was created to help cover her medical costs which give a more detailed description of the events leading to her injury. Wallace has been terminated from his position according to a post on the department’s Facebook page: “I was notified Friday of an incident involving Deputy Keenan Wallace. Deputy Wallace fired his service weapon that injured an animal while in close proximity to a citizen. I believe there were numerous opportunities to de-escalate the incident, “ reads a statement from Tim Ryals on the County Sheriff’s Facebook page announcing Wallace’s termination. “Our Department is saddened about this incident and apologizes for any distress and disappointment this incident has caused anyone who was affected by this disheartening event. We will keep Reeses in our thoughts through the recovery process,” continues the post. Prosecutors are reviewing the incident to determine whether criminal charges will be filed or not, Ryals said. The ugly divorce between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard was settled long ago, but the brutal abuse allegations still weigh on the minds of fans. Now, new and lengthy court documents have come to light from their 2016 depositions. These papers shed new light on Amber and Depp’s claims. The Hollywood Reporter got a hold of some transcripts from Amber Heard’s 2016 deposition. 2016 was when Amber and Johnny divorced, and when the world learned of Depp’s years of alleged domestic violence. Though the accusations became public, along with upsetting testimony from eyewitnesses, much was kept under wraps during the divorce. Amber and Depp compromised by releasing a joint statement, affirming that neither of them intended to hurt the other, and that neither of them lied. Even when text messages surfaced appearing to show that Depp’s team knew about the alleged abuse, the exes largely moved on. But now, through these court documents, we know more. “Johnny and I refer to his other personality, the part of him that is present when he beats me up,” Amber said in her 2016 deposition. “We call that the monster,” Amber revealed. “And have called [that] the monster for years.” The total length of the deposition was 471 pages. Amber admitted: “I was petrified of the monster.” Within the deposition, Amber recalls an incident in which Depp, then her husband, allegedly attacked her. She describes him hurling her phone at her “as hard as he could,” striking her in the face. Amber says that he grabbed her by her hair during this alleged explosion of violence, prompting her to scream out for help. She recalled that, during the incident, Depp “broke a lot of glass things that left glass on the floor.” In addition to the shards of glass, she described the room being littered with silver candlesticks and a lamp. Though this is far from the first story of Depp trashing a room, this story is far more alarming. Amber Heard’s testimony is not the only voice within the deposition. There was testimony from the Los Angeles Police Department officers who responded to the incident. Raquel Pennington, Amber’s close friend, revealed in testimony that she had been in the adjacent apartment. She testified that she had come to Amber’s penthouse at her request, where Amber told her that she had been hit in the face with a phone. Raquel testifies to having witnessed Depp swing around a bottle and knock items off of countertops, and to have heard him yelling. She says that it was only Depp’s security’s arrival that diffused the situation, as they convinced him to leave. She also says that she had taken “dozens” of photos of Amber’s bruises over the years. As you may recall, there was a great deal of backlash over Johnny Depp’s casting in The Crimes of Grindelwald . So much so that some lifelong Harry Potter fans boycotted the film, and some took to calling it “The Crimes of Johnny Depp.” Depp was clearly and openly frustrated that people insisted upon bringing up the serious accusations of domestic violence against him. Some believe that this is why, in September of 2018, Johnny Depp suddenly made accusations of his own against his ex-wife. He claimed that Amber had punched him in the face, twice. Within the 2016 deposition, Amber was asked if she had ever been violent towards Depp. In 2016, when Amber Heard was asked if she had ever struck, slapped, or thrown an object at Depp, she answered. She said that she “did her best” to defend herself against her larger, stronger husband during his alleged violent outbursts. Domestic violence, particularly during a divorce, can be a complicated issue. Some victims may defend themselves. Some abusers may accuse their victims of having started it all. With celebrities, waters are further muddied simply because one star’s fans may be more outspoken than another’s. As any of us who’ve viewed any comments sections have discovered to our chagrin, Depp retains many fans who are his ardent defenders. Apparently, stepmom Kate Major Lohan (pictured above with Michael Lohan ) needs a check up from the neck up too . According to PEOPLE , Kate is out here committing Christmas crimes …having allegedly attacked a bus driver before trying to drive away. On Tuesday, Kate Major Lohan was traveling for the holidays on a Bieber Tourways coach bus in Allentown, Pennsylvania, when she allegedly attacked the bus driver and attempted to drive away, The Allentown Morning Call reported. Major Lohan, 36, of Boca Raton, Florida, was reportedly intoxicated during the incident and allegedly attacked the driver after she missed her Hellertown stop, the outlet said. Records of the incident were reportedly obtained by The Allentown Morning Call and if there’s any truth to what the records state, Lindsay Lohan’s stepmom was doing the absolute most. PEOPLE continues: Major Lohan became angry and scolded the driver for almost 20 minutes, demanding the bus stop. At the next stop in Lower Macungie Township, the driver got off the bus and Major Lohan followed her and allegedly attacked her. Court records stated that Major Lohan, who graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School, grabbed the bus driver by the coat and refused to let her go, before rushing back onto the bus and attempting to drive away. A six-year-old St. Louis girl, Maliyah Palmer was shot in the head last Friday and died after the brother accidentally shot her with their parents’ 9mm handgun. According to reports for The Daily Mail , the brother, 12, discovered the weapon in his the dresser in his parents’ bedroom before shooting his sister. Their mom and dad were reportedly at a Christmas party at the time of the incident. After being accidentally shot in the back of the head, the first-grader later died in the hospital. Her she is, in a photo shared on facebook. Reports say the kids were both under the supervision of their 16-year-old sister while Dwandra and Marius Palmer, were out at the holiday party, according to the St Louis Post-Dispatch . An initial press release from Florissant police stated that the shooting was a ‘tragic accident’ and no charges will be filed. Marius Palmer posted that Maliyah’s funeral will be held on Friday. This Florida highway patrol trooper literally put his life on the line to save a stranger from getting hit by an out of control car. According to NY Daily News , Highway Patrol Trooper Mithil Patel, 31, was speaking to Rony Bottex, 65, when he saw a car on scene spin out of control and was struck. Patel was in stable condition at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach Monday night. He will likely be released from the hospital Tuesday. Hit play to see how the incident was caught on video.

According to Buzzfeed News , White supremacists managed to trick the celebs into recording videos spewing coded anti-Semitic views and conspiracy theories . Bruh. The two YouTubers in question used the new app where you pay celebrities to record videos. The racist tag team paid Brett Farve $500, Soulja Boy $100 and Andy Dick $99 to unknowingly help their racist agenda by recording the videos with a prepared statement and then they transfer them over to their YouTube accounts in hopes of them going viral. Here is the statement: “Shoutout to the Handsome Truth and the GDL boys. You guys are patriots in my eyes. So keep waking them up and don’t let the small get you down. Keep fighting, too, and don’t ever forget the USS Liberty and the men and women who died on that day. God bless and take care.” Sounds harmless, but the above rhetoric is filled with coded anti-Semitic dog whistles. The use of “small” refers to “small hats” a slur used to describe yarmulkes. “Liberty” refers to an incident back in 1967 during the Six-Day War where Israeli Forces mistook a US Spy Ship for an Egyptian Vessel firing on it and killing 34. The families of those killed were part of a $6.7 million payout from the government, but conspiracy theories continue to float around the incident claiming it was not an accident. All three of the celebs recorded videos on the app saying the statement. Unlike Favre, Andy Dick didn’t mention the entire message in his recording and Soulja Boy added his own twist by telling viewers to check out his new single and adding “GDL for life, bitch.” Spokespeople for both Soulja Boy and Andy Dick denounce the incident with the comedian’s agent stressing that his client was “used and manipulated.” Favre has reached out to the app’s creator and requested the video be taken down and has issued a statement via his Facebook page stating in part: “A few days later, I was distressed to learn that the request came from an anti-Semitic group that reposted my video with comments implying I endorsed their mission. A Puerto Rican woman named Lennys Bermudez Molina says she was trying to find a seat at a Phoenix restaurant last week when she was berated and told her race would be “wiped out.” “I hate to say the political climate is to blame for someone’s outrageous behavior, but I was visibly shaken today with this exchange. I simply asked the woman if I could sit down next to her while I waited for the car to charge,” Molina captioned a Facebook video of the incident. The video shows the spoiled mayo rudely telling Molina she wished the “whole freaking nation” was white. “You will be wiped out … trust me,” added the woman.
