As previously reported the “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” star sued 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad after explicit footage was released of her post-fellatio with semen on her face. Teairra alleged that Akbar released the revenge porn without her consent and 50 made matters worse by reposting the clip to his 18 million Instagram followers. Lisa Bloom represented Teairra in the case and a part of it played out on LHHH. Now according to The Blast who obtained court documents, Teairra’s going to have to pay up because she lost the case—to 50 at least. A judge dismissed all claims against 50 and ordered her to pay him $30,000. Why? Well because 50’s lawyers successfully argued that by the time 50 reposted the image it was readily available online. Furthermore, it didn’t show genitals or a sexual act in progress. The Blast didn’t clarify however if Teairra’s case against Akbar is ongoing. Teairra argued that Akbar personally logged into her Instagram to send out the sexually explicit content in an effort to humiliate and degrade her. Things could have been much, much worse for Teairra, 50 wanted her to pay his entire $161,660.15 legal bill. Luckily the judge reduced it to $30,618. Still, that’s gotta sting. Busta is suing Rasheem “Bubba” Barker for $1.5 million after it’s come out he’s been pretending to be the manager of the Conglomerate caption. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Busta says he had a working relationship with Rasheem “Bubba” Barker. But Busta claims, “At no time did those duties include the authority to negotiate and/or enter into agreements with third party promoters binding Plaintiffs to render the professional services of Plaintiff Smith.” But in 2016, Busta claims Barker collected $20k for a gig he negotiated on his own and claims he did the same thing again in 2018 for $40k for a show in New Zealand. Things got so bad, Busta claims he got hit with a $22,478.40 judgment in a lawsuit he knew nothing about and believes other lawsuits might be coming … all because of Barker’s actions. Source: Nina Marsiglio / EyeEm / Getty Famous Atlanta Strip Club Follies Sues City Of Chamblee If you’re a fan of Atlanta strip club, specifically Follies , and you haven’t fully realized the imporatance of your participation in the political process, then hopefully this story will provide further motivation to exercise your civil rights. According to the AJC , the city of Chamblee, a suburb of Atlanta, is being sued in federal court by Follies for their adoption of city ordinances that are designed to target their business. In addition to the ban on lap dances and restrictive hours, the new law requires dancers to be partially clothed and bans customers from consuming alcohol at the club. At the same meeting, the city modified its liquor laws to ban strip clubs from having a liquor license, effective in January. These types of restrictions exist in several other cities across America, but anyone who has been to strip clubs in Atlanta knows that banning lap dances, covering the dancers, and removing alcohol from the club is a death nail. Ain’t nobody paying to watch women dance in bikinis. That’s all over Instagram. The city argues that the strip club is a pillar of immorality and breed criminal activity. Source: Toshi Sasaki / Getty Two Lawsuits Call Out Staff Members By Name Some horrible and shady things seem to be coming to light for a juvenile detention center in New York. According to New York Daily New s , supervisors and staff at the Horizon Juvenile Center were accused in a lawsuit of coercing teens to perform sex acts with them. The suit was filed on behalf of Franklyn Malonado, a teen who spent 2010 through 2014 in and out of Horizon. At the detention center, which holds 10 to 15-year-olds in Mott Haven, supervisors allegedly participated in “grooming” teen boys and girls to have sex with Horizon employees in exchange for things like smuggled booze, cigarettes and food. Former administrative director of residential child care, Tahia Dennis, was one of the supervisor named in the suit. Weeks after being named, Dennis ordered the shredding of internal documents. The content of the documents is unknown, but they could possibly link staff to the alleged abuse. Fortunately, the documents didn’t get destroyed and according to City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS), they were seized by management and sent to a locked warehouse. The situation was then referred to the city Department of Investigation. The lawsuit described graphic details of the alleged abuse. In one instance, a female counselor was found naked on top of a teenager in his cell. Malonado says that same counselor told him she would make sure he didn’t face disciplinary actions if he “took care of her needs.” Initially, Malonado’s suit was filed in August of 2017 and it didn’t include names. However, in September of that year, Maldonado’s lawyer, Vik Pawar, filed an updated lawsuit that listed the names of supervisors, including Dennis. Twelve days later, Dennis sent out an email to the detention center’s tour commander and overseer of counselors, writing, “Please begin immediately to shred old paperwork and files that you might have since the building opened. Thank You.” A former employee at Horizon said the documents were shredded soon after the email was sent out, however a spokeswoman for the ACS, Chanel Caraway, told Daily News that none of the records were shredded. “This was part of a routine shredding of duplicate documents, but these documents were never actually shredded and have been stored in a secure location the entire time,” Caraway said. “However, the matter was referred to DOI upon learning of it.” A second lawsuit was filed in May of 2018 accusing certain Horizon staff members of sexual abuse. Miguel Smith, a teen who was at Horizon between 2013 and 2015, said that Dennis and another supervisor would “stand guard” while a female counselor had sex with him. Pawar is representing Smith as well, and he questions the claim that the email shredding order was apart of a routine task. “It says ‘from the beginning’ so they’ll be hard-pressed to explain that they’ve been doing this (shredding) going back,” Pawar said. “I think they’re hiding stuff. I think they got caught with their pants down and they were destroying evidence.” A new ACS commissioner had been appointed since all the alleged abused took place and he said he “ordered a top-to-bottom overhaul of leadership and practices at Horizon.” Meanwhile, the investigation of the staff in the lawsuits continues.

That’s Blac Chyna’s cosmetics company for those who are unaware. California-based businesses can be suspended by either the Secretary of State’s office or the FTB for a handful of different reasons, a spokesperson for the tax board tells the Blast they suspended Lashed for its “failure to file a tax return.” Due to the suspension, Chyna’s business has now lost to conduct business and she’ll also be put in the position where she’s unable to sue on behalf of or defend Lashed in court, file a claim for refund, legally close or dissolve the business. According to the FTB, the California agency responsible for collecting and enforcing personal and corporate income taxes, suspended companies are also subject to a $2,000 penalty. But we probably shouldn’t feel too bad because these repercussions follow a failure to respond to over two months-worth of notices. Since launching Lashed in late 2014, Chyna’s beauty biz has sold cosmetics, including lashes and lipsticks, both online at LashedCosmetics.com as well as her actual Encino store, where services like eyelash extensions, waxing and teeth whitening were offered. While the suspension won’t affect Lashed customers ability to make purchases online her Ventura Blvd based brick and mortar has been looking mighty empty. Chyna held a grand re-opening back in September but a neighboring business owner told The Blast they haven’t seen her back since. Meanwhile, to add insult to injury, Kylie Jenner filed to trademark the term “KYLASH,” for the purposes of artificial eyelashes, eyelash tint. You already know Kylie’s a beast at the beauty biz, so this could be a big area of expansion for her. Blac Chyna might want to get things right with the taxman quickly because businesses lose the right to use their name when they’re suspended, which means another enterprising Californian could come in and stake their claim.
Source: Prince Williams / Getty Drake Settles False Claims And Extortion Lawsuit Against Layla Lace Remember when we told you that Drake was suing the woman who made false pregnancy claims against him and later filed a rape report against the rapper and demanded millions of dollars cash to keep the claims “private?” Well, it looks like the dust has settled on all of that. According to TMZ , Drake filed docs saying that he and the vixen with amply enhanced everything have settled their differences when it comes to her claims that Drake impregnated her during a one night stand during the “Boy Meets World” tour last year, her later reports that the encounter was a sexual assault, and her extortion attempts surrounding both claims. According to the docs, Layla has agreed not to republish the April 17, 2017 Instagram post where she posted medical paperwork proving a pregnancy and texts between herself and a third party making arrangements for her to meet with Drake alongside a caption claiming that he had been ignoring her since she informed him of the pregnancy. She is also not permitted to make any further appearances or public “statements alleging or insinuating that [Drake] assaulted her,” no mention of her pregnancy by him or his subsequent abandonment, or anything negative about him in general. She also can’t get any friends or associates to do this dirty work on her behalf. Essentially, rather than any monetary damages, Drake settled for a “leave me alone and keep my name out of your mouth” payment from Layla. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) Laura Helm Sued Usher For Knowingly Transmitting The Herpes Virus To Her Usher said the details in his herpes exposure case are so sensitive and potentially embarrassing that he needs a gag rule in place to protect his good name. That’s according to a new motion from the “Caught Up” singer, which asks the judge presiding over his herpes exposure case to seal evidence in the case going forward, according to the motion, which was obtained by BOSSIP. Usher said in court papers that as a public figure, he has a lot to lose if details about his sexual activities, intimate partners and medical records come out as part of the case. We exclusively revealed that plaintiff Laura Helm sued Usher earlier this year, accusing the 40-year-old Atlanta native of knowingly exposing her to herpes simplex during two sexual encounters in 2017. Usher has denied Helm’s allegations and said she assumed any risk when she agreed to unprotected sex with him. Usher insists that if the info were made public, it would cause himself, Helm and third-party witnesses “harm, annoyance and/or embarrassment,” according to Usher’s motion. He said he is especially concerned that the media and others will get the case info and use it for profit. Usher used a similar tactic in a separate, simultaneous herpes exposure case against him involving a woman named Quantasia Sharpton and an anonymous man. The father of two said his legal team tried to reach out to Helm and her lawyer outside of court about a potential protective order, but couldn’t come to an agreement. The news comes as a judge denied Usher’s request to file the motion for the protective order under seal, arguing that all court records should be available for the public to see, and Usher failed to prove how he would be harmed if he filed the gag order motion publicly. Helm hasn’t responded to Usher’s motion, and a judge has yet to rule on his request.

The Compton MC got his arrest warrant was dropped yesterday, October 25, according to reports from TMZ . Three weeks ago, the California native was asked by the federal judge in his sexual assault lawsuit to hand over financial documents. The judge initially gave the rapper 48 hours to hand over the documents, but unfortunately for him and this case, he didn’t turn them in. After The Game didn’t hand over the records, he was then issued an arrest warrant. Now, the warrant has officially been dismissed, because the documents have been turned in. This lawsuit involves Priscilla Rainey, who was a contestant on Game’s reality show She’s Got Game. The result of the suit is that Game has been ordered to pay Rainey $7 million. Unfortunately for Jayceon, this isn’t the only trouble he has been caught up in this year. Not only does he owe Viacom a hefty $35,000 in legal fees, the rapper also recently had a break-in at his home. Following the breach, The Game shared in an Instagram post that he is not one to be messed with and warned the robbers that if they return, he would be there waiting for them. It’s nice to know that in the midst of all this legal and personal trouble, at least The Game’s arrest warrant has been dropped–but he’s still got some pretty big fines to pay.

The Game On The Hook For $7.1 Million Judgment In Grope Case The judge isn’t playing when it comes to forcing The Game to pay up on a $7.1 million judgment for sexually assaulting his reality show co-star. A fed up judge Tuesday held The Game in contempt of court and ordered a bench warrant if he doesn’t cough up his financial docs to “She’s Got Game” contestant Priscilla Rainey by Oct. 5, BOSSIP has learned. Rainey won a $7.13 million judgment against The Game after suing him for assaulting her during an after hours date while they filmed the reality show. We exclusively revealed that Rainey has been trying for months to get The Game’s financial records so that she can begin collecting her multi million dollar judgment. But she’s complained that The Game not only ignored her requests, but resorted to hiding his assets in a bid to get out of paying up. The judge apparently had enough after the West Coast rapper failed to turn up to another court hearing, and issued the demand. The judge wants the U.S. Marshals to arrest The Game and hold him until he sends Rainey the financial paperwork. The Game has not responded as of Oct. 3. He is due back in court next week.
