Karma! Court Date Finally Set For Rachel Dolezal’s Welfare Fraud Case

Source: @KREMTaylor / NewsOne/Twitter It’s no secret that  Rachel Dolezal is accustomed to trying to pull the wool over folks eyes. Now while lying about your race isn’t against the law, lying to the Washington State welfare office most definitely is. And a judge has had enough of her shenanigans, finally setting a court date for the former head of the Washington NAACP. According to FOX 28 Spokane News , on Friday Judge Michelle Szambelan , who was visibly frustrated, set the new trial date for March 4, stressing that the case had dragged since Dolezal was arrested last May. As we previously reported , Dolezal, who changed her name to Nkechi Diallo , was charged with first degree theft by welfare fraud, perjury in the second degree and false verification for public assistance. While Dolezal pleaded not guilty, state investigators claim that between August 2015 to December 2017, the 41-year-old claimed she was living on just a few hundred dollars a month and needed to receive government assistance for food and childcare. Yet, the prosecutors believes that was a lie. Apparently, she earned more than $80,000 from her memoir  In Full Color and other funds from speaking engagements. If found guilty, Dolezal could face up to 15 years in prison. All we can say is this… RELATED NEWS: Rachel Dolezal Is The White Face Of Welfare People Refuse To Acknowledge Not Today Satan! Sister Wives Stars March to Legalize Polygamy: We’re Family, Not Felons!

Sister Wives is a quality reality show, full of relationship drama, family drama … just all the drama, really. And the vast, vast majority of that is because of the family's beliefs: namely the belief that polygamy is the way to be. Kody Brown has four wives — Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn — and he has children with each of those wives. He's legally married to Robyn , but he calls the other three his “spiritual wives.” And in Utah, where the family is originally from, that's against the law. That's why all those crazy Browns packed up and moved to Las Vegas a few years ago. If they didn't, they risked being arrested, simply because of the way they choose to live. But this weekend, they went back to Utah. And they went for a fight. See, bigamy has always been illegal, but there's a bill in Utah that makes it illegal not only to have multiple legal wives , but to have multiple spiritual wives. On one hand, it makes sense. Many women and children have been abused and mistreated in polygamist families. But on the other hand, there are families like the Browns. They may be strange, but they're all consenting adults who've made a choice to live a certain way, and should that really be a felony. A local news station in Utah caught Kody at the march, and he was able to outline his issue with the bill. Check out Kody do his thing in the video below:

Judge Aaron Persky: Will He Be Recalled?

A recall petition is making its way around the Internet, one that seeks to penalize the judge at the center of the Brock Turner sexual assault case. Last week, Turner was found guilty on three felony accounts of sexual assault for actions that stemmed from an incident in January of 2015. A jury decreed that Turner digitally raped an unnamed victim near a dumpster after the two had attended a party. The woman was unconscious and woke up hours later in a hospital, dried blood and pine needles all over her. Turner was stopped in the middle of his heinous action by two men who rode by on bicycles, one of whom chased the rapist and tackled him in the street. Due to the verdict, Turner was eligible to face up to 14 years in state prison. On Thursday, however, Santa Clara County Judge Persky ordered a shockingly lenient ruling: only six months… in county jail. Why did Persky barely punish Turner for his sexual assault? In court, the judge cited Turner’s clean criminal record and said he believed that a harsher punishment would leave a “severe impact” on him. As you might expect, critics have gone off on Persky ever since, especially in light of the moving statement also made in court by the victim. You want a “severe impact,” Judge Persky? Consider the following message: Ashleigh Banfield Reads Full Statement by Stanford Rape Victim on Air Following the judge’s ruling, a petition was created on Change.org on Monday. It already has amassed more than 230,000 signatures and it states that “Judge Persky failed to see that the fact that Brock Turner is a white male star athlete at a prestigious university does not entitle him to leniency. “He also failed to send the message that sexual assault is against the law regardless of social class, race, gender or other factors.” It’s worth noting that Persky, like Turner, is a Stanford graduate who played a sport for the prestigious university. This sad case has also gone viral because Turner’s dad, Dan Turner, wrote a letter defending the college athlete surfaced. In it, Dan described the rape as “20 minutes of action out of [Brock’s] 20-plus years of life” and argued that his child should not spend any time in jail at all. Here’s a look at that controversial letter:

Britney Spears Yoga Pose for Christmas of the Day

Britney Spears struck a Yoga Pose, as most white girls do, except in OTTAWA CANADA where they banned Yoga from a college because in being extremely PC, they’ve decided Yoga is cultural appropriation, like wearing a native Head dress…while half the people who banned the yoga class for diabled people, even after a re-name was suggested, had the hindi septum ring…and/or the wore the Hindi dot between their eyes…because White people are the fucking worst in their “inclusion”…without realizing Yoga is hot… I guess Britney was stretching to deal with her mental illness her family convinced her she had – so that they could keep possession of her and her earnings….before making a public appearance…for Christmas…that she documented pretty extensively…even though Christmas is against the law in America….since it is not inclusive, but racist Southern Christians and their confederate flags…won’t give up on it yet…. The world is so stupid…HOWEVER…Britney’s parents aren’t…they got this all figured out…and they’re hicks…making me question you and your abilities. Selena Gomez’s Slutty and Weird Polaroid of the Day

Justin Bieber’s sex offending molester, Selena Gomez, who was 18 when he was 16, but still fucked him even though it was a against the law, because these kids are so spoiled, entitled, and rich due to parental exploitation, that involved praising them so that they would perform like dancing monkeys on command so they got the big pay day… are above the law… Well they aren’t above trying to be high concept, because Selena posted this picture of a picture, with a vague caption…of what looks like it could be 1970s style erotica, ass out, skirt up…but that I can’t really figure out, because in her artistic, high concept hustle, she used flash…intentionally, because that’s how high concept artists do…and for some reason, a reason I call you being a weirdo pervert, I believe you can totally masturbate to this…because porn is boring, while scrambled possibly erotica…is just something different…

Wissam Al Mana, Janet Jackson Husband, Accused of Firing Employee For Rape Complaint

Wissam Al Mana, the Qatari billionaire who married Janet Jackson earlier this year, is being accused of firing a female employee for reporting rape. Marte Deborah Dalelv says she was axed by his interior design company, Al Mana Interiors, after reporting being raped on a business trip to Dubai. Wissam Al Mana ‘s company denied this allegation in a statement: “Only when Ms. Dalelv declined to have positive, constructive discussions about her status, and ceased communication with her employer, was the company forced to end our relationship with her.” “The decision had nothing to do with the rape allegation, and unfortunately neither Ms. Dalelv nor her attorneys have chosen to contact the company to discuss her employment status.” However, an alleged copy of the letter Dalelv received informing her of her termination by the company says she was fired for her own improper conduct. And then there’s this fact: Dalelv has been sentenced to 16 months in prison in Dubai on charges of unlawful sex, making a false statement and illegal consumption of alcohol. According to Al Mana’s former employee, a male colleague “dragged” her by her purse into his hotel room after offering to escort her back to hers. She woke up some time later being raped with her clothes off, she says. Later, when she could escape, Dalelv called the cops, who asked her: “Are you sure you called the police because you just didn’t like it?” Dalelv claims she was given a medical exam, but then was put in jail for four days with no explanation as to why before eventually being released. She was charged with sex outside marriage and public consumption of alcohol, both of which are against the law in the United Arab Emirates (seriously). Dalelv is not married, but sex outside marriage is still illegal. She says that subsequently, her manager from Al Mana’s company told her to say the sex was voluntary and then the whole issue would go away. Dalelv took the advice at one of the hearings, saying the sex was voluntary … and then she says she was charged with making a false statement. “That was my biggest regret,” she tells CNN of that move. “It wasn’t voluntary. I just thought it would all go away.” A rep for Al Mana Interiors tells CNN that she was not advised by her manager to say that the sex was consensual but rather by a police officer. Dalelv says that a month after the rape, while she has been forced to stay in Dubai at the Norwegian embassy, she was fired from Al Mana Interiors. She is now appealing her 16 month sentence. The perpetrator, a married Sudanese man, was charged with public intoxication and having sex outside of marriage and was sentenced to 13 months.

Fair Or Too Far? Department Of Justice Now Requiring Employees To Publicly Confirm Or Deny Support Of Gay Community

Department Of Justice Requiring Employees To Publicize Support For Gay Community More than a few government employees who work for the Department of Justice are in an uproar over a new brochure that was recently circulated around the workplace, requiring employees to either openly confirm or openly deny their support of gay people. via Fox News The Department of Justice has been accused of religious intolerance and viewpoint discrimination after workers were sent an email directing them to verbally affirm homosexuality, according to a law firm specializing in religious liberty and now representing a DOJ whistleblower. Liberty Counsel said DOJ employees were emailed a brochure called “LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers.” The brochure was created as a resource from DOJ Pride, an association of lesbian, gay, bis-xual and transgender employees of the DOJ. Among the directives in the brochure is an order for workers to vocally affirm homosexuality. “Don’t judge or remain silent,” the brochure read. “Silence will be interpreted as disapproval.” They were also told to post “DOJ Pride” stickers in their office to indicate “that it is a safe place.” One gay DOJ employee is quoted in the directive; “Silence seems like disapproval. There’s still an atmosphere of LGBT issues not being appropriate for the workplace (particularly for transgender people), or that people who bring it up are trying to rock the boat.” It’s public knowledge that discrimination based on sexual orientation is against the law, but forcing employees to publicly vocalize their stance on gay rights at work seems a little extreme. Would you be offended if you received a similar brochure at your workplace?

That Donkey Donk: Florida “Animal Lover” Defends His Constitutional Right To Chop That A$$ Down

Do you remember this Florida crazy ? Via Huff Po reports : A Florida man accused of having sex with a miniature donkey named Doodle is protected by the United States Constitution, his lawyers say. In a motion obtained by Ocala.com and filed with Marion County court, Carlos Romero’s attorneys argue that the state’s anti-best***lity law deprives Romero of his “personal liberty and autonomy when it comes to private intimate activities.” Romero’s lawyers said the statute violate’s their client’s due process rights and the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment in the U.S. Constitution. The 32-year-old previously rejected a plea deal that would have required a year of probation, a $200 fine, a psychosexual evaluation and possible treatment, STD testing, no contact with children in a school setting, no ownership or possession of any mammals and revocation of his license to work in horse racing. The accusations stem from an August incident in which a witness reportedly saw Romero with his pants down “up against the rear of the donkey,” according to the Smoking Gun. Romero reportedly stepped away from the donkey and pulled up his pants when he saw the witness. But, when Marion County detectives questioned him about the incident, he allegedly admitted that, when the donkey is in heat, he will stand behind her, scratch her withers and pleasure himself. He says he “likes the way her fur feels on his privates,” according to WSTP-TV. GeekoSystem writes that Romero’s lawyers deserve credit for fighting for their client. All joking aside, no one can accuse Romero’s trio of public defenders — Joshua Wyatt, Scott Schmidt and Joshua Lukman – of not doing absolutely everything in their power to win the day in court for the so-far less than entirely cooperative Mr. Romero. These three guys are going to have their names attached forever to a legal document stating that sex with animals shouldn’t be against the law because they believe their client deserves the best representation they can offer. Romero has testified that he wants his case to go to trial. If he’s convicted of sex with an animal, Romero could face a year in county jail. SMH. There is no way in hell that the Constitution should allow for this nonsense. What about the Constitutional rights of poor Doodle? Maybe she doesn’t want her burro backs blown out. Then again, wouldn’t she buck him if she didn’t like it? Ewwwwwwww

Public Nudity Ban Under Consideration in San Francisco

San Francisco residents may soon be forced to wear clothes outside of their homes, and some activists are displeased by this proposed public nudity ban. City lawmakers are set to vote Tuesday on an ordinance that, if passed, would make it illegal for anyone over age 5 to expose their genitals in public. Hilariously, this is not currently against the law in San Francisco. Exemptions may be made for parades or festivals with a city permit, according to the ordinance. Just the same, a group of activists has already filed a lawsuit. One of the plaintiffs, Mitch Hightower , has organized an annual “nude-in” demonstration over the past several years in protest of the public nudity ban. “The ‘Nude In’ is intended to promote a spirit of tolerance, peace and fellowship among the attendees,” the lawsuit said, citing a constitutional right of free speech. “It attempts to criminalize nudity even when engaged in for the purpose of political advocacy.” George Davis, who ran for mayor in 2007 and District 6 supervisor in 2010 as the “nude candidate,” joined the suit, claiming he uses nudity “as part of his political expression.” If the ordinance is enacted, first time offenders would be fined $100. The fine increases to $200 for a second offense within 12 months. The third time a nudist is caught, they could be hit with a $500 fine and charged with a misdemeanor. So basically, Rihanna nude would be jailed in about two weeks. Just not right. Hopefully a judge strikes down this egregious affront to American freedom.
