Source: Michal Oska / EyeEm / Getty R.I.P Rapper & Mother Of Six Killed In Shooting 31-year-old Tampa rapper Nina Ross Da Boss and a companion are dead after a shooting on North Tangerine Place near East Yukon Street according to WFLA . Tampa Police said that the shooting happened just before 11 p.m. on Tuesday night. WFLA wrote that details are limited, but Nina Ross Da Boss (real name Jimmiel Spillman-Ingram) was in a car with an unidentified male. Spillman-Ingram’s car was found crashed into a nearby home and caused some minor damage. According to reports, she leaves behind six children including a two-month-old. “It’s been so rough for me and for my grandchildren. My heart is so torn. No child should have to go through that of losing their mother,” said Nina Ross Da Boss’ mother Yolanda Baker. Spillman-Ingram was also a member of the Exciting Faith Alive Church in Tampa, and her pastor, Antonio Hawkins, told WFLA that his last encounter with her was just a few months ago, when she came to church. Her mixtape, The Only Shit Poppin’, has been heard more than 1,700 times on Datpiff.com, and a video for “Chiraq” has nearly 30,000 views. So sad. Second Suspect Charged With Capital Murder In Jazmine Barnes Shooting

24-year-old Larry Woodruffe has been charged with capital murder in the Dec. 30 shooting death of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes . He was charged Tuesday after deputies said corroborating evidence of his involvement was confirmed. He remains in the Harris County Jail on a drug possession charge. He’s being held on a $100,000 bond for that charge but more than likely will remain in jail without bond for the capital murder charge. Eric Black Jr. , 20 was charged on Sunday with capital murder for his role in the shooting death of Barnes, who was sitting in a car with her mother when someone opened fire into her family’s car with her mother and there sisters also inside. Woodruffe was previously sentenced to two years in prison for assaulting a family member and in 2017, he was released under mandatory supervision and by November of that yea, he was charged with being a felon in possession of a gun. According to court records, Woodruffe pled guilty to a lesser charge in the weapons case and was sentenced to nine months in county jail. Jazmine Barnes Suspect: “Fight At Club Led To ‘Mistaken Identity’ Shooting”

One of the suspects in the shooting death of 7-year-old  Jazmine Barnes  appeared in court Monday morning and gave his side of the story. 20-year-old  Eric Black  Jr.  is charged with capital murder in the Dec. 30 shooting death of Barnes. According to court documents, Black admitted he was driving the vehicle involved in her murder. B Black said in court that he and another person were at a club Saturday night and that they got into an argument. Later that morning, he and a friend, identified by Black as Larry W. saw a vehicle that looked like the car that the pair had gotten into the dispute with at the club and fired shots into the car. According to Black, he didn’t realize it was the wrong car and didn’t know they had killed a child until they saw the story on the news the following day. Eric Black Jr. just got to court, he evaded questions about what he’d say to #JazmineBarnes ’ family as officers walked him in, also wouldn’t answer about the second man allegedly in the car with him during the shooting. #khou11 pic.twitter.com/oZkC4bwIq0 — Janel Forte (@JanelKHOU) January 7, 2019 Barnes died after suffering a gunshot wound to the head. Her mom, LaPorsha Washington was shot in the arm. Black identified Larry W. as the shooter. A gun, believed to be the one used in the shooting, was found at Black’s home by authorities. Eight shell casings found at the scene of the shooting of Wallisville Road matched the gun. A man named Larry Woodruffe appeared in court on Monday for an unrelated drug charge and the prosecutor called him a suspect in a capital murder case. He has not been charged in the Barnes case. “This death of Jazmine has sparked a lot of discussion on many different levels. And I think that it is good that going forward we continue to have positive dialogue on a number of different issues,” Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said. “We know that there’s important discussion that does need to take place about race, about the real feel and concern that hate crimes are in an uptick in this country. ABC 13 reports that 20-year-old Eric Black Jr. has been charged with capital murder in the deadly shooting and a second suspect has been taken into custody. The suspects thought it was another vehicle and reportedly learned of their mistake by watching the news. Jazmine was in a car with her sisters and mother the morning of Dec. 30 when a gunman drove up and fired into the vehicle. Jazmine was fatally shot in the head, and her mother was shot in the arm. 21-year-old Eric Black Jr. was arrested in Houston overnight in the shooting of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes, who was in a car with her family last Sunday. Source: Jeneil S / Getty 3 Men Charged In Gender Reveal Mass Shooting Three Cincinnati, Ohio area men have been arrested and charged for a mass shooting that took place at a gender reveal party back in 2017 for a woman who wasn’t even knocked up. According to ABC News , the 2017 shooting left one woman dead and eight wounded. Three children and a dog were among the wounded. Police determined the shooting was targeted and drug-related after connecting multiple witnesses to drug rings. “From the very beginning of this investigation, we met significant resistance that is uncommon from victims of crime wanting a resolution,” Denney told the Cincinnati Enquirer. A grand jury indicted 28-year-old Roshawn Bishop, 23-year-old James Echols and 21-year-old Michael Sanon on 22 counts of various charges including murder, aggravated robbery and cruelty to animals. The gunfire at a home northwest of Cincinnati killed 22-year-old Autum Garrett, of Andrews of Indiana. The victim’s husband and two children were injured in the shooting. Garret was the cousin to the host of the party — who investigators claim was not even pregnant at the time. The party was held for then 21-year-old Cheyanne Willis, who claimed to have suffered a miscarriage after being shot in the thigh. Investigators later found that she was not pregnant, to begin with. Lord!

A police department in rural Alabama is under fire for a Facebook post that intertwines religion and government says an opposition group. According to AL , the Freedom From Religion Foundation charges that the Opp Police Department (what a PERFECT name for a group of cops, the opps) is violating the law by using their platform to endorse a religious belief. Two firearm-related murders in two days prompted the department to take their frustration to Facebook: THIS PAST SUNDAY, A YOUNG MAN WAS SHOT AND KILLED IN KINSTON. MONDAY NIGHT, A MOTHER WAS SHOT AND KILLED IN NORTHERN COVINGTON COUNTY. THERE HAVE BEEN FIVE MURDERS IN COVINGTON COUNTY IN 2018. THESE MURDERS HAVE BEEN DONE BY OUR YOUNG PEOPLE. Remy Ma Recovering At Home After Blood Transfusion: “I’m Doing Much Better”

Without sharing many details, she hit Instagram with an update on herself and her “golden child.” She wrote on Thursday night: “I’m FINALLY back home and doing much better. The baby has been PERFECTLY fine since being born Dec. 14th and I’m resting & recovering at home. (Pap is VERY happy, on cloud 9,999 )” She also thanked her loved ones and fans for all of the prayers, plus the team of doctors and security who made sure her family was OK throughout it all: “Thank you to all of our family, friends, and loved ones who reached out- Sorry for not responding to texts and/or calls – I physically was not able to and my husband @papoosepapoose was concerned & worried about me all while looking after our “Golden Child”. Also, thank you to all the fans who sent their love and prayers We would also like to thank the ENTIRE staff at the hospital (doctors, nurses, aides, even the housekeeping) as well as the AMAZING security team ; not only did you all make sure my family was well taken care of but everyone was very professional and extremely respectful & protective of our privacy; we truly appreciate it –  with love, The Mackies” In case you missed it , Remy Ma was rushed back to the hospital after giving birth due to excessive bleeding. She reportedly had blood transfusions while on the operating table. We’re glad Remy and her baby girl are in good health.

Tuesday night BOSSIP was among a select group of press allowed to preview 21 Savage’s #Motel21 activation, located at a motel on Glenwood Avenue in Decatur near where the rapper grew up. The motel was transformed in advance of 21’s ‘I Am > I Was’ album release this Friday, December 21 and guests can register to attend his listening events in advance of the release on his website HERE . Some rooms feature designer inspired art murals, others include weapons and bullets, others have sex workers and strippers, but perhaps the most jarring room features an actress who is clearly obsessed with 21. The walls are covered in maps with string pinpointing different cities where the rapper has been spotted or where she hopes to visit with him. Several letters to the rapper are taped to the walls along with trash and debris that viewers are lead to believe the woman has collected from 21’s discarded trash. According to DailyMail , the man was arrested about a mile from the school. Police would not confirm the nature of the victim and the suspect’s relationship, but students at the school say they the two were seeing each other romantically. Several witnesses who spoke about the shooting said they heard seven or eight loud bangs. At first I thought she had fallen or that she had been beaten. Only later did I see that she had been shot at. ‘She was lying on her stomach.’ What the F**K?!?

US Marshals Finally Arrest Real Birmingham Mall Shooter After Alabama Police Killed Innocent Man

Source: Hill Street Studios LLC / Getty Real Birmingham Mall Shooter Finally Arrested In Georgia After a week of shady and shoddy police work by the men and women in blue down in Birmingham, Alabama, U.S. Marshals finally arrested the shooter who injured 2 children at Riverchase Mall. According to CNN , Erron Martez Dequan Brown was apprehended at a relative’s house not far from Atlanta. The problem is, before catching Erron Martez Dequan Brown, Hoover Police killed Emantic Bradford Jr. in a highly suspicious and likely racist case of “mistaken identity”. Bradford’s funeral will be we held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Boutwell Auditorium in Birmingham. City officials and protesters are currently putting pressure on the Alabama state’s police to release “limited information” about the shooting that might provide some clarity about how and why Emantic was killed. In their response, the ALEA makes it clear they don’t wanna say a damn thing about it: “It is highly likely that prematurely releasing information, including video evidence, would have hampered the investigation’s progress thus far, even to the point of deterring key witnesses,” ALEA said in a statement. “As other witnesses continue to come forward, it is imperative for the integrity of the investigation that SBI (the State Bureau of Investigation) continue to keep confidential information Agents obtain.” As for Erron Martez Dequan Brown, he’s facing attempted murder charges for shooting 18-year-old Brian Xavier and an unidentified 12-year-old girl. We hope and pray that Ematic Bradford’s family gets justice and whatever inadequate form of restitution that they can. Sadly, not even justice and legal award can make this right.
